Chapter 1: After 7 years

I got dressed in my beautiful light blue sundress that I loved to twirl in, paired with my worn down timberlands that I had since freshmen year of highschool.
I decided to be early because I had nothing better to do... I just walked out the door and admired the scenery...

The sweet fresh air blew my hair and sundress a bit, the beautiful chirping melodies of the birds and even the loud sounds of beeping and yelling in traffic was much better than the horrible crap I've gone through in Daemos.....

I was finally at my destination, waiting for the lazy potato named Ava, who was accompanied by her new friends. With all honesty I am proud of Ava. She only had one actual friend all through out highschool, who was me, and apparently, she has made new ones during my absence

Potato Monster:
We're almost there!

You:
Okay!
Im already here and Im getting impatient >:(

Potato Monster:
Okay okay! just a few more minutes! 😓

I impatiently tap my timberlands on the ground.

'She said only a few more minutes...'

Soon enough, I hear footsteps behind me.

"Kore!" A chirpy voice exclaimed. That voice belonged to Ava. She quickly threw herself on me and wrapped me in a bear hug.

"Woah! I miss you too!" I say, chuckling about how she is still the same. in both height and behaviour.

I then realize the men behind her... They look familiar....

'It cant be them... can it? N-no! it cant!'

"Hm? Ah! Kore! These are my good friends! This is-"

"She knows exactly who we are I believe." The boy who resembled Prince Asch said in that same tone that sounded like he was always angry. "Oh. Leif got you something Kore. Once he found out who we were meeting he wanted to hurry out to get a gift for you"

My heart was beating so quickly. It really was them. I look up at Leif. He was walking up to me with something behind his back. I closed my eyes instinctively...

Moments after I did, I felt some sort of crown being sat on my head I opened my eyes to see a beautiful flower crown with an assortment of white flowers and a red bow on the back

{Flashback: 11 years ago}

"What are you doing?" The light haired boy said looking over my shoulder.
we were both sitting in the garden. I'm sitting on his lap and he is watching what I was doing.

"I'm making a flower crown silly!" I giggled, putting it on his head "Do you like it?"

"I don't."

"B-but I-"

"I love it" He said as he hugged me.

{End of flashback}

I teared up and hugged him tightly. He returned the hug, squeezing as tight as I was, to the point I thought he was never gonna let go.

"Even after 7 years... I'm so glad you still remember me...."
