"Good job to everyone who took the test," He pauses so everyone can clap, "Now, as you may know, this test is almost impossible to beat. The chances of you making it are slim, to be blunt. So, don't be too upset if you don't make it."

"Choi Mi-Sun."

A short girl walks up and stands beside the man, shaking hands with him. She looks innocent but I remember her test, she was phenomenal.

"Go Ah-Seong."

A medium sized girl who I remember being very flexible. I'm surprised she made it, she didn't have much strength.

"Kang Hyun-a."

This girl. She did really amazing on the test, maybe even as good as me. I start to get nervous. Why haven't they called me yet?

"And finally, we have one more person. This person managed to get a perfect score on the test, setting a new record. Jung Y/n, please come up."

A perfect score? Damn, I out did myself. I walk up to the makeshift stage. I shake the hosts hand, tough callouses rubbing across my hand.

"Good job young lady." His voice is deep, with some audible rasp.

"Thank you sir." I stand beside the other 3 girls. The crowd cheers. I bow and walk off the stage.

As I sit at my table I see Jungkook talking with the others who made it. Soon, he spots me and walks over.

"Congrats. I knew you'd make it."

"Ah, thank you."

"Actually," He scratches the back of his head, I can tell it's a nervous habit, "I requested you be added to my roster."

His roster, the group of men or women he works with.

"Oh really, thank you!" I force a smile, this is a great opportunity, "What's your job here?"

"Well actually... I'm the leaders son." Again, he scratches the back of his head. What's with this guy?

Although I'm confused by his odd and timid behaviour, I continue to act normally.

"Oh wow, it's such an honour." I bow, even though my pride is hurt.

I just bowed to the future leader of our enemy gang family.

"Oh no, no need to bow. It's an honour to have someone as talented as you on my team!"

Why is he being so nice? There must be a trick behind it. Nonetheless I continue with my passive behaviour throughout the night. Talking with Jungkook and the other girls who made it, as well as some of the retired
mafia members.

All is going well until suddenly the front doors fly open.

A man is thrown into the middle of the lobby. My face drains of its colour.

It's Min Yoongi.
