"that's why we're still alive" bev called. "Yeah? well i plan to keep it that way" Rich replied. Richie stormed off grabbing his silver bike and mounting the leather seat, he turned round to see Stanley walking up behind him. "Richie where are you going?" he asked. "Out of here i'm not staying here with that dickhead". Stan looked at Richie with approval that he agreed with his choice and after moments asked to come with him. "Hey Rich, ill come with you, your house?" Stan asked. "Yeah that would make me feel better thanks Stan" Rich replied. "Anytime maybe i can annoy you with my bird books again" Stan jokily added. "You know what sure Stan id love to see your bluetits and pigeon books" Richie replying smirking gleefully at Stan. "Well let's go then" Stan replied hurriedly while giving Richie a grin back. Stan mounted his back and followed next to Richie to his house not far from Eddies where his overprotected mother had taken him. "It sucks that Eddies gone too you know?" Richie said. "Yh she needs to calm down" Stan replied. "Oh i know how to do that 😉" Richie said jokily, a classic Richie joke as it must be. "Well of course you do". They cycled in the middle of the road pretending to push each other off and put each other to get distracted and fall. "Hey look a magpie i haven't seen them for ages" Stan said looking gleefully at the sky where a majestic magpie flew onto Richies rooftop. "Well he must know your coming" Richie replied. Stan gave a smile and chuckled as they dismounted off their bikes and walked by the side of them up to Richies doorstep. "Just chuck your bike by the side entrance" Rich said, and Stan did so. They walked into the door and hurried upstairs to Richies room. "Welcome to my den, my lair, my-" "your room you mean" Stan said finishing for him. "I was gonna say my hangout too but that works too i guess" Stan smiled not believing his cute ignorance. "Ok so what you wanna see? I have flying birds or water birds" Stan said with words that even Richie would understand. "Flying birds then isn't that just a book about pigeons?" "not just pigeons Rich you have a lot to learn i won't bore you with them all" Stan said. "No i don't mind today's been pretty shit anyway. It'll cheer me up" "Thanks, Rich" Stan said giving Richie a sweet smile as he appreciated that he was interested in his cute hobby. They sat on Richies bed, it was placed in the middle of the wall by a large square window. They sat by the pillow end of his bed gazing at the window, Stan reached into his bag and pulled out a book called 'all that flies is a gift' with a large picture of a magpie on it. He then reached out for his binos which lay next to his pad and paper for when he spotted a new one. "Woah give me them" Richie said as he grabbed for the binoculars. He purposely put them on the wrong way round and stuck his tongue out. "eurghhh whatchu think Stan the man" Richie playfully said. "perfection i must say trashmouth" Stan and Richie chuckled together barely controlling their laughter. "So what bird we finding" Rich asked. "Any you can see i have a pad and pen when you see one just write it down" Stan explained. Richie nodded as to say it was easy enough, and they both gazed out taking turns with the binos.
