              FAST LANE

      The thumping of the speakers bounced around the room. Crowds of sweaty  people whirled and bounced around the room. The song that played brought constant joy to my soul. I shook my head and twirled my hips. I was no longer in control of my body. The liquor  to me to cloud nine. My life was only starting, I thought leaving home was the beginning but it turned out here and know was when my life would change. Was it for the better? Or the Worse?

When I stepped foot in that club I had no idea of what would come from it all I just knew I needed a break from working so hard that week I opened up my own store a year ago and we were becoming a really big hit in town. So it was due time to celebrate.

"Hey bloom" Anna called out from across the bar. "Hey" I said waving her over. Befor I opened my store I had met Anna she was so outgoing and thrived to do better, she was a real friend to me when I had no one but myself." So funny meeting you here" I laughed sipping my drink. "I'm here with my brother he came to visit for a few days hes out there talking to some hooch"she said pointing to the door. I turned and couldn't believe what I was seeing he was like heavens gate, the cherry on top of a sundae he was the whole package. "Wow" I said without thought. "Hes cute huh". Anna said nudging my arm. I laughed knowing she knew what I was thinking. "I'll call him over" anna said walking away. "Nooo don't do that" I said reaching out for her but it was to late she was already in the fast lane. I looked down in my cup it was halfway empty, " hey bloom this is my big headed hoe of a brother" she said winking a eye at me. Laughter pass through the three of us as I looked back. He was so unreal. "Do you pluck your eye brows" I blurted out. " uh no they are just naturally sexy" he said raising his eye brows. A prick I thought to myself, I wasn't going to let his good looks get the best of me. "Hey anna I'm going to the restroom I'll be back" I said ignoring the conceded prick. I mean yeah hes cute and he knows it but to rub it in someone's face is just straight pathetic.

    I walked into the bathroom people were all over. I never realized how pathetic people are in the rear corner a couple nearly naked were swallowing each others faces. A girl passed out under the sink and the smell if barf a d vodka filled the air. I'm so glad I didnt have those problems. I washed my hands and took one last look in the mirror before heading back out. I walked back up to the bar I didnt see anna any where but Mr. Prick  was I didn't even look his way " let me get a Henny on the rocks" please I said placing a 20 on the counter.  Tonight I was going to live it up. "Let's dance?" A voice said I turned to see who was bold enough to ask me for a dance. "Nope oh hell no" I said turning back around. "What why" he said sitting next to me.
"Becase I've met many of pricks like you, I wont waste my time". I said standing to walk away. "Where are u going?" He asked. "Away" I said sliding through the crowd. The music muffled his words as I disappeared from the bar. I searched for anna but I couldn't find her anywhere. I danced and twirled til my legs began to cramp. I figured the bar was clear from prick heads so I decided to  get me one last shot befor I headed home. " Henny on the rocks please" I said placing my card on the counter. I sipped it with caution not over doing my drinking limit, I began to feel the heat that the drink made flowing throughout my body. It was time to go home I places my half empty cup on the counter grabbed my card and headed for the door. I headed to my car.

   Stumbling with my keys I finally unclocked the door,I couldn't have been so relieved. I put my key in the ignition and fired up my engine. My radio started me as it was full blast out of no where. I backed out the parking lot and headed to the freeway. As I began to to pull over to the fast lane a jerk didnt want me to get over. "What a ass" I said to myself. "Get out of my way I just want to be in the fast lane" I said slamming down on the gas. I must have been out of it I was doing 95 in the mid lane. My phone began to ring, shuffling through my purse I finally found my phone missed the call but I found my phone. I made it over to the fast lane and with out a warning I slammed in to the back of a car. I black out....
