(Episode 6, Disclosure Part 2)

"I was there.. about 3 or 4 years ago. I wasn't going to stay there anyway-- a group called 'The New Frontier' had snatched AJ from me. I needed him back-- so I left Richmond. I promised I'd come back, but.. a horde of walkers blocked my path back from McCarroll Ranch. My only way out was South. I haven't seen anyone since and after that crowd, I assumed they were overrun."
Pushing my crutches to the side, I sat down at the picnic table. The wind brushed against my wet skin creating a chilling effect. Louis gently wraps a slender towel around me and sits across from me.
"He ~is~ little. " Louis remarks. "But Clem, why haven't you ever told me this? I should've known this sooner."
"It's not really important," I shrugged as I took a whiff of the soup being served to us. "Smells good."
"Yeah-- Wait don't change the subject! To me, that sounded pretty important." He sipped a bit of his soup and wiped the corners of his mouth with his tongue. Looking back up at me he continued.
"Well, some boy with a beanie gave me this walkie talkie. Its for communication, of course," He giggled. "So I can ask when they're returning and such. I gave up the location of the school to them if its okay with you."
Normally I'd want to smack the pinecones out of Louis for giving up such vital information that could possibly endanger our lives, but I couldn't help but notice he said 'some boy with a beanie.'
"Clemen-Lemon, you alright?" He asked.
"Was his beanie orange?
"It was, it was kinda dirty too, kind of like your hat; but without any blood." He laughed to himself, with a cute little snort. (UWU)
"Oh-- shut up Louis." I smiled, putting my wrist on my chin, my hand facing downward.
"I'm asking because I knew a boy. Gabe.." I blushed, my cheeks turning strawberry red. Louis takes notice of this and his freckled face lights up.
"Oh this was the dork!" He knows that i'd never leave him, even if it was an old flame, and so he takes this opportunity to tease me.
"You know, I heard an older man with a beard call him Gabriel."
"Really?" I replied eagerly. "I'm coming with you tomorrow then, for the next trade."
"Oooh, this will be interesting." Violet says as she steps into the frame.
"All that toxic masculinity sounds nice. Clem.., tell me all about it." She chuckles, walking away. Louis rolls his eyes and finishes up his soup.
"Nyahh-" He stands up with a stretch, crossing his arms together in some weird flexible position. I finish eating my soup quietly, as I signal for him to pass me my crutches.
"Let's get some rest." He smiled, a piece rabbit was stuck in his teeth.
"Lou- Louis you've got something right here- I-" I said as I made a pinching position between his teeth and the rabbit chunk. I swiped it away calmly. Putting down my towel, I remarked:
"Now let's go get some rest."
