Inspired by Alvin Schwartz
I was walking down the cold New York streets. When all of a sudden I heard something coming from the dumpster. I continued to hear the noise. I started to walk towards the dumpster. When I got close I realized that those noises, where mews from a cat. I stuck my head through the thin hole in the dumpster. But all I saw was milk cartons and the smell of expired Cheetos. When I practically yanked my head out of the dumpster. I started to walk away, but the noise continued. So I ran right back from where I began. At the point, I now knew where it was coming from, behind the dumpster. I found a scruffy tabby kitten, picked it up, and continued on my journey. It started to rain so I lifted the cold, little kitten into my coat pocket.
When I got home I went to grab the kitty out of my pocket. But I felt something cold, and unrecognizable. I lifted my coat off and put it on the table. So I could see what it was. When I lifted out what I thought was the cat, I got an unpleasant surprise. All that was falling out of my pocket was bones. Just bones, well actually...
At this point jump out at your friend(s) and scream "CAT BONES!"
