Eddie hums entering the little family dinner owned by Bills dad, he sits down at his normal booth as Georgie walks over. 'Hey, Eddie!' He smiles. 'Where's your brother?' Georgie answers. 'In the backroom, not happy to see me?' Eddie shakes his head. 'No! I just find it funny watching Bill stumble around when Stan comes in.' Georgie laughs walking off already knowing what Eddie wants. Eddie kicked around his feet seeing Bev walk in with some guy? The man has black curly hair with these odd glasses that Eddie thought were really nice, his face was sculpted nicely and Eddie was confused how he hadn't have seen him before.
The mystery man sat down with Bev in a black jacket and skinny jeans, Bev smiles. 'Hey, Eddie. This is my friend.' Eddie beamed. 'Hello!' Eddie extends his hand, the man grabbed it but instead of shaking it gave it a small peck. 'M'lady.' Eddie retracts his hand with obvious red spread across his cheeks. 'So uh...what's your name?'
"Richard Tozier, but...just call me Richie."
That made Eddie stunned a little pondering over it...it did suit him, quite a lot. And was a very nice name, well Eddie thought so. Bev claps her hands. 'Earth to Eddie!' Richie perked up. 'Eddie? Cute name for a cute face.' Richie finished it off by pinching his cheek. 'Well look at the time, I gotta get home...I'll see you later cutie.' He winked at Eddie getting up and exiting.
"So what did you think of him?"
Eddie jumped at the question. 'Well, he seemed nice.' Bev wriggles her eyebrow. 'Well, anything else? Like...did you think he was cute?' Eddie shrugs trying to avoid her glance. 'Well, he's not ugly.' Bill walks by. 'That's Eddie talk for "yes he's very h-hot".' Bills been in speech therapy for 5 years now and it's just paying off.
Bill sits down next to Eddie passing him the milkshake and fries. 'What did I miss?' Bev smiles. 'Well, there's this friend, Richie.-' Bill cuts him off. 'Richie Tozier?!' Bev nods. 'Yes? But, I think someone might become a Tozier soon.' She winks at Eddie stealing one of his fries. 'No! I would never! Kaspbrak is a very respected name, and he's not...my type!'
Bill nods. 'What is your type then?' Eddie thinks. 'Dark hair, nice eyes. Deep voice...like soft and nice but deep. Nice hugs and charming.' Bev rolls her eyes. 'Well, sorry to break it to you Eds but if you added on glasses you'd have a deadset give of Richie.' Eddie say shaking his head. 'Richies voice isn't deep!'
Bev laughs. 'Ow poor guy, is it not nice?' Eddie shakes his head. 'No it is really nice though.' Bill sighs. 'Eddie.' He looks over. 'Yes?' He grabs his cheeks to try and get him to pay attention.
"Don't fall for him."
