Her Smile

Chapter 6: Hired.

Taehyung was wearing a button down  blue shirt the colour of ocean and skinny black jeans. The shirt was a little big on him praising his lean body. Jimin styled his hair in a neat fashion. It made him look cute and sexy at the same time. He was sitting in a café where Seokjin promised to meet him. He had made his mind to call the man as he hadn't seen a trace of him. As Taehyung was taking his phone out, Ayana's voice was heard. He turned and a excited Ayana jumped into his arms. He smiled widely knowing he won't be stuck with Seokjin alone, that would be very awkward. He put her down and she grabbed his hand, it was a sign that she had something to say. As he was going to bend down so that she could whisper into his ear, a man came into his view.
Seokjin spotted Ayana with Taehyung and sighed in relief, he was scared she had ran away again. He went near them and Ayana held into Seokjin's hand with her free one. Taehyung blushed a Little, Seokjin didn't understand why though.
They had sat down on a table, Ayana was persistent in sitting next to Taehyung. After some time with no conversation passed, a woman's soft voice was heard. Taehyung turned to Ayana to see shake a little, he knew who it possibly can be. A woman who looked his age, a little older maybe, sat next to Seokjin and kissed his cheek. She turned to Taehyung and smiled, he was hesitant to return it, still, he did.
"Hi, I'm Sofie. Seokjin's girlfriend." She said extending her hand, "Taehyung" he simply replied shaking hands with her. Seokjin watched the two's exchange. It was time to get into business. "Taehyung I came here to ask you about a very important decision. I hope you understand and will think thoroughly before refusing." Seokjin said. Taehyung nodded for him to continue.
"I want you to be Ayana's nanny for some months. Will you be willing to take this offer?" Seokjin said, wanting to finish it quickly and be done with it. Taehyung looked speechless for a few moments but recovered soon. He looked at Ayana who was pleading for Taehyung to accept with her eyes. She knew why, the woman, Sofie, would hurt her if her father wasn't around. He looked at the woman who seemed to look at Taehyung disapproving eyes, he knew she didn't want Taehyung in the house. He couldn't allow Sofie to torment Ayana.
Knowing Seokjin as a business man, he will not think the fact his girlfriend is hurting his daughter will be true. Taehyung wanted all this to stop before Ayana's childhood is ruined. Taehyung's made a quick plan in his mind, he would work there as a nanny till he could find some proof in video form or something, to show Seokjin Sofie's  true form, after that he could resign and he can leave without a guilty feeling. He was confident about this plan. He looked at Seokjin and said, "I accept this offer. But I need some time for sorting something at the playschool. " Seokjin shrugs and tell him that he'll get a week for the arrangement. "I'll get your possession to be brought to our home by the next week." He says shutting Taehyung for a while, of course he'll be staying with them. He scoffed mentally. Ayana was jumping up and down on her seat while hugging Taehyung. She looked so happy. Sofie scoffed unable to understand why Ayana likes Taehyung so much. Seokjin looked at her lovingly.

Taehyung came back home and plopped down in his bed. Like magic his phone ringed and he knew that was Jimin.
"Hello?" He drawled out.
"How was it?" Jimin asks impatiently.
"He asked me to be Ayana's nanny and I agreed." Taehyung said with a tired tone. He spent the next fifteen minutes explaining Jimin about his plans and why he agreed. He even told him how happy Ayana was.
Jimin was proud of his bestfriend, thinking like a grown-up and being so sweet and selfless. He said so to Taehyung. He laughed and thanked Jimin for the graceful complement.
Taehyung hanged up after a hour of chitchat with Jimin. He had a big bad news to break to the playschool tomorrow....
