"What are the walls for?"
"Just to keep you safe, Camille"
"But what's out there?" Camille always had a thing for curiosity, constantly bugging her brother Reagan and her mom Janice. That's what 4 year olds were for right?
"Camille, I told you not talk about this." Janice said in a hushed voice.
Janice and Camille finished paying for their groceries and hurried out to their vehicle, as it was getting dark. As they were driving home a loud thunder like sound filled the air. Camille gasped, she had always hated thunder storms.
Janice kissed her on her head full of thick, red hair. "It's alright bab-" She cut off her sentence because of what she seen. A huge crack when 2/3 the way up the protective wall. A group of 5 soldiers with guns standing in front, ready to fire.
