Come to a Conclusion

Cora's POV
  "Good morning love," Draco smiled at me. "Good morning babe," I smiled back giving him a kiss on the lips. "Come on it's our first day of classes and I'm starving," I said "I don't wanna get up," Draco said. I groaned sitting up then a spark of purple lightning shot out from my body hitting the light switch turning on all the nights in the room. My eyes widened then I looked at Draco who looked confused. "Bloody hell I did it!" I yelled jumping out of bed. "Wait I thought you could do that before," Draco said. "No I always lit everything on fire," I said looking shocked. "Nice job love," he smiled getting up and kissing me.

"I wish we didn't have to go to class," I winked. "Oh we don't have to go," he smiled picking me up. "But we do." I jumped out of his grasp. "Damn," I heard him whisper making me giggle. I grabbed my robe and started to change and looked over tho see Draco already changed. When I finished I gave him a quick kiss on the cheek grabbed his hand and walking downstairs. "Good morning everyone," I smiled seeing all my friends. "Morning," They all said.

  We were eating breakfast and Snape came over to the table "Cora, Draco, a word please," I looked up at him and nodded standing up along with Draco. He grabbed my hand and our fingers interlocked. Snape started walking but me and Draco both grabbed a lemon muffin and ran to catch up to him. "What do you want to talk about?" I asked as we walked. He stayed quiet and opened the door to his class and shut the door and locked it.

  "The death eaters are trying to get to school grounds and as you may or may not know the tournament is taking place at our school, I know your very strong Cora that's why me and Dumbledore have come to the conclusion that you will enter the tournament strictly to make sure none of the contestants get hurt but you must actually play to win, if the death eaters know your there to draw them out they won't come, just keep watch and make sure no one gets hurt besides them, Dumbledore wanted to cancel it but you and Draco are gonna be there."

  "We are not using Cora as bate!" Draco shouted. "Ahh yes and for you Draco, will be making sure no harm comes to Cora while she makes sure no harm comes to anyone else but if you see them trying to attack a contestant jump in and make sure it doesn't happen we've been training for a reason." Draco looked at me with worried eyes. "Is that all?" I asked. "No, we will be training every single day after classes no days off, we can't risk it alright?" Me and Draco both nodded as the bell rang so we just sat down in our seats because he was our first class just like last year.

I grabbed his hand and looked at him "Everything's gonna be alright," I said with a smile and gave him a quick kiss on the lips before everyone started walking in.

"Ugh I don't want to train," Draco complained as we walked to Severus' class. "Neither do I but we have to, and even worse we have to everyday now, but I see where he's coming from on this, he wants us to be able to protect ourselves," I said as I grabbed his hand making him smile down at me. "What are you doing here your supposed to be in the grand hall for dinner," One of the Ravenclaw perfects said walking up to us.

"Professor Snape wanted time see us after all of our classes today." "Bad excuse, you two were just skipping dinner to walk around school." "And if we were? What does it matter to you? What if we just weren't hungry and didn't want to go to dinner?" Draco snapped. I tightened my grip a little on his hand making him calm down a bit. "Come with me I'm taking you to the grand hall," The Ravenclaw snapped back. I huffed as we walked to the grand hall and everyone looked at us. Dumbledore looked at us with a frown seeing we were with a Ravenclaw perfect. "Professor Dumbledore, these two we're skipping dinner, they made up the excuse that they were seeing Professor Snape." I looked over to where Snape normally sits and he wasn't there.

"That's because they we're," Dumbledore said. A lot of students started snickering as me and Draco both smiled. "You two are dismissed," Dumbledore said. "Next time try listening to us just because we wear green doesn't mean we're like the rest of the Slytherins," I whispered in her ear and walked out.

Harry's POV
Cora whispered something in her ear causing her to run to the Ravenclaw table in embarrassment. "I wonder where there going," I thought in my head. "What do you think about that Harry?" I heard Ginny say and I looked at her in confused. "Ginny I don't think he was listening," Hermione said and went back to reading her book. I looked back at the door one last time before I want back to eating.

Sorry it took so long I've been working on a lot or new books and my TikTok account that has Harry Potter edits. It's dmalfoy22 I just hit 1000 followers so I gotta keep up with that too.
