It was a normal day of school the popular kids picking on us like always. Like every day, Tyson throws paper at my head and I just sit there. To scared to say anything. The only thing that keeps me at from going off and punching the wall was Skyler.
She talks to me as if I was one of the popular kids. she always was hanging around that jerk Tyson he thinks he's all that because he's the captain of the football team just like the movies. right next to me was my best friend William or will, he prefers will. He always writes books and reads them I always thought he would become an book writer but those expectations changed that day. Then there was me, Maxx Lloyd a nerdy fat kid who didn't see a future foe him self . A man with a strange look on his face . he walks in into the classroom saying the he was one of the students parents then he pulls out this strange gun with some sort of blue shards sticking out of the barrel. he's started to shoot everyone but the only ones who survived were me will and skyler. i woke up during my surgery screaming in agony as the doctor used his scalpel to rip trough my chest. the shard was stuck in my chest. but they were not able remove the shard. we were thrown away into this room never to be seen. they said that we belong to the government I woke laying in Skyler's lap she was up she was petting my head and blushing but stopped when she realized I was awake. "Oh my are you OK?" she asked all I could do was moan she started to touch my neck all of a sudden blackness filled the room. I woke with lips on my mouth I coughed and stood up I walk around the room. I realized What was happening I started to panic "OH GOD OH GOD WERE ARE WE!? HELP ME! PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME HERE"!! will got up punched me. my mouth was bleeding I look him in his face and swung my fist at his jaw. he stumbled across the room and fell blood was running down my face but will was bleeding from his mouth. "STOP"! Skyler screamed "I wasn't going to hit him again so chill". I said I went over to will to pick him up he grabbed my hand and got up and hit me I flipped him over her shoulder and he slammed him in the wall "now I'm pissed" I said angrily. I held him against the wall and hit him in his stomach I stopped because of my head was hurting. I started to scream Then fire started to come out of my mouth. I burned Skyler but her body healed and so did will's. I was still breathing fire but it stopped when Skyler kissed me. my mind was empty. "Why..... why did you kiss me?" I said. I" knew it would calm you down." she said with a smile. "Will are you OK?" I asked. "yea but me and you are going to finish the fight" he said smiling. "Do you guys think we have like some sort of superhuman abilities like super powers?" Will said "The bigger question is do you think we can use him to get out of this cell."
