My alarm clock goes off at 6:00AM. It flashes "Lagoon day" in bright letters. I smile and turn on the radio while I'm getting ready for school. I throw on my batman shirt and some black leggings, I also add some yellow converse. I run down and get some captain crunch cereal. My brother walks downstairs "Morning Bri." He smiles at me and gets some frosted flakes. I smile back at him and continue to eat. I run back up and grab my backpack, I check the time it's 6:45AM. I ask my brother to drive me. He says he will because he's got to go to the store anyways. He drops me off at the doors and I walk in. Justin, Hannah, Bridger, Joey, Dax, and Cache are already here too. I walk up to Hannah and hug her.

"You excited bae?!" I ask Hannah smiling.

"You know it!" She says laughing.

I look at the rest of the group, I walk up to Bridger and look him in the eyes and he looks back at me. I smile at him and then lean in to hug him. Him and I have a nice long hug. We haven't been getting along much lately and I've been missing him like crazy. He was my best friend. I spaced myself from my group because I've been down lately. I didn't want to drag them down. Just because I'm unhappy I don't want them to be. I look at Cache and stick my tongue out at him.

"Did you just stick your tongue out at me Black?" He asks me

"Maybe I did!" I say sassily

"Oh that's it! Come here!" He says and starts to run at me.

"Oh no!" I squeak and start running away.

"Get her!" Cache yells to the rest of the group.

I run and soon I'm surround by them. I look around for an escape but there is none. I look at Hannah and she gives me a look. I run at her then she lets me through. She runs with me. I laugh and then I get tired, I fall on my butt laughing with Hannah.

"I can't breathe!" I half yell in short breaths.

"Me neither." Hannah gasps.

"Ouch!" I whine as Cache flips the back of my head.

"Serves you right." He says.

The bell rings and we go to first period. We leave halfway through first period. It's an hour long ride, once the bell signals us to go I decide to ride the bus with Deuce, a new friend I made this year. I hop on the bus and take my seat and Deuce sits next to me. He lets me sit on the edge so I can talk to Hannah and Bridger. I get bored and start to sing and Deuce backs me up

"I need to know now, know now, can you love me again?" Deuce and I always sing together because we got paired up together in a class to write a song together. Ever since then we usually sing a lot together. We continue to sing the rest of the song. Laughing, joking, all the way there the ride passes by almost quick. I look at the sign "lagoon 1 mile" I smile at Deuce. Justin sitting in the seat in front of me and Deuce, tries to hold my hand. I look at Deuce and smile. Deuce reaches his hand up and Justin grabs it, thinking its my hand. I just laugh, so does Deuce.

"What?" Justin asks. Then he realizes and he throws Deuces hand away from him. Deuce and I practically die laughing. I high five him, we make fun of Justin almost every 5 seconds for the rest of the ride, which isn't very long. Once we pull up we are given instructions to meet back up at 2:30. Deuce and I being childish, push everyone and are the first ones off the bus, we are also the first ones to run straight up to the line. The rest of the group follows us, slowly. Deuce and I try to rush them but then Dax and Hannah flip us off. We both stick our hands up in the air, like geez. Deuce and I pay and go in, I smile at Deuce. We look around wide eyed at everything, huge roller coasters, food stands, arcade games. Not waiting for the others, we run straight to our favorite roller coaster "The Fire Dragon." We see Hannah walking our with Dax, Cache, and Justin. I wave at them to come get in line with Deuce and I.
Hannah says "I wanna ride with Cache!"
Deuce says "Dibs on Bri!!"
