Part 4

You still weren't cleared for action for SmackDown but you had to do a promo which you learned that morning that it was with Sami. Oh did the WWE loved to throw new story lines at you with someone who you didn't want to really see, at the moment but still loved.

You were kind of excited for the story line. When you got to the arena, you headed right to Creative. As you walked by people, you said hi to most who would say hi to you.

The meeting with Creative didn't go so bad. You were pretty much thrown into the story line with Kevin, Sami, and AJ. This was going to either hurt you even more emotionally or help rebuild your relationship with Sami.

You saw online that Kevin used Sami's Helluva kick to AJ to get the pin on sunday. Your whole part in this is to help AJ reclaim the title by making Sami turn on Kevin. You were to get in the way in some spots of their matches, distracting Sami to help AJ pick up a victory. This was also a way to distract Kevin when he was in the ring with AJ.

The next SmackDown ppv was Fastlane in March and it was planned that AJ was going to get his rematch for the title. You were going to be ringside.

As you walked towards the womens locker room, you bumped into none other than AJ.

"Hey AJ." You smiled at him as he gave you a hug.

"Hey darlin' how's the ankle?"

"Better but they don't want me in action tonight just to be sure I don't actually break it."

"Damn, that has to suck."

"It does but there is a bright side to it, at least for tonight." He looked at you slightly confused. "I'm being added to your story line with Sami and Kevin."

"How is that a bright side?"

"It means Sami and Kevin have to deal with me and the fans already knew that me and Sami were together."

"There's that."

"I get to help you get your title back. Distracting Sami will be fun, something I haven't done in forever. Plus I have to put a wedge between Sami and Kevin"

"Sounds fun." He couldn't help the smile at you. "How are you going to put a wedge between Owens and Zayn?"

"Well, I was thinking of acting like I did before all of this shit happened. Like walking up to him and start messing with him during Owens' matches. He used to get a bit flustered when I would gentle touch his arm when we're backstage and doing it to him out there, it will cause him to really get that way."

"I would hate to see something happen to you because Owens tries something."

"Nothing will happen, because from after tonight where you go I go. I'm your valet and your ticket to reclaim your championship." You patted him on the shoulder. "Well, I won't be out there tonight just back here."

The night went on, AJ had a match with Sami. You were glad that your backstage segment was after this match. You stood in front of the monitor near the gorilla watching the match. You needed to be a distraction for Sami, so you decided to wear the shorts that you knew Sami loved seeing you in paired with a rather low cut top that showed your cleavage just right. Once AJ's match was done, you walked over to the area for your segment.

You saw the backdrop all set and cameras as well. You stood there waiting for AJ, Sami and Kevin to show up. Renee walks over, all ready for an interview.

"Y/n you were part of the first ever Women's Royal Rumble Match and took a nasty fall when you were eliminated by Raw's Nia Jax." You smiled at her as she spoke. "What are your thoughts about how it went?"

"Clearly she wasn't good enough to win unlike Sami and I." You looked annoyed as you looked over your shoulder at Kevin.

"Why don't you mind your own business Owens. At least I didn't need someone else to help me win." You looked over at Sami. He looked you over and you can feel his eyes resting on your chest. "Eyes up here Zayn." You lifted his face by his chin, his beard felt soft like it always did. You had to bite the inside of your lip to keep a moan from escaping.

"Don't touch him, who knows where that hand has been." Kevin stepped in front of Sami, nearly knocking you over.

"Don't talk to her like that Owens." AJ walked up behind you, looking pissed.

"Why are you even coming to her rescue, she clearly doesn't need help."

"I don't need help, unlike you, Kevin." You crossed your arms over your chest which caused Sami to look at you again. A smirk payed across your lips. "What's wrong? Sami, something caught your eye?"

He shook his head before walking off. You knew by the way he walked off, he was internally at war with everything in his head.

"It's clear one of you know when to walk away." Both you and AJ walked away from Owens who looked more than confused. You decided to grab your bag from the women's locker room before making your way out to the parking lot.

Your heels clicking on the concrete as you made your way to your rental. You heard foot steps following at a distance behind you. The moment you got to your car, you felt a presence right behind you. In a split second, you felt your back against the car with a hand on your throat.

"What do you think you're doing to Sami? You're not going to tempt him into going back to you, you're a whore."

"Oh Kevin." You tried to shove him off you, which surprisingly works. "You know as well as everyone that I never slept around on Sami."

"You're right, I do know that but I managed to convince Sami that you were."

"You're an asshole, you know that. Destroying your "best friend's" relationship all because you think he will help get and keep that title. It may have helped you get it but you wont keep it." You happen to barely look over Owens' shoulder and saw a figure in the distance. "You thought you can get rid of me so easily for your games, think again."

He didn't say a thing, instead he grabbed you by the neck again and shoved you into your car, hard. As he walked away, you side down to the ground holding onto your throat with one hand while the other on the back of your head.

Your vision blurred a bit but you were able to make out the person in front of you. You couldn't make out what the person was saying but you felt his hands on you, helping you stand up. Faintly you heard the car door open, you felt the seat under your legs, and you heard the engine start up.

Little did you know, Sami saw and heard what had happened between you and Kevin.
