THE MAN OUTSIDE THE WINDOW

I woke up the next morning and completely forgot what had happened but that's just me being me. The day was like any other, nothing unusual happened the whole day. Until night...I got a text from my friend bailey saying "dude yesterday was weird. What are your thoughts on it?" "S##t how could I have forgot?" I thought to myself. This put me on edge for the whole night, especially since my parents had gone out for the night as Sunday was date night. I text bailey most of the night to comfort myself. Everything was going well til 3am. Of all times it had to be the devils hour. I was texting bailey and gave a glance out of my bedroom window. There was a man, wearing all black and a mask covering his face. "Oh my god this can't be happening to me!" I yelled very frightened. He was just standing there just staring up at my window. I grabbed my phone and text bailey "dude there is someone outside my window." "Stop messing with me." He said thinking it was a joke. "Dude I'm not lying I'm ded serious." I replied. The first thing that came into my mind is the guy that text me. It was so clear now. I should of known knowing a secret no one was supposed to know would get me in trouble but I never thought it would go this far. Suddenly, I heard banging on my door. I have never been so scared in my life. I grabbed a knife, hid in the closet and called the police. At that moment he broke in and searched the house. The ten mins it took for the police to get here felt like hours. The man was arrested and charged with breaking and entering and attempted assault. After that we moved house and I got rid of the laptop. I thought it was all over. I couldn't have been more wrong...
