Jimin and I ran towards the swing as we chanted 'Best Friends'. As we headed to the swing I had tried to think of something on how to break it to him. When we arrived, we each sat down on the swings and I knew it was the time to say it to him. If I would say it later, he'd be even more broken. As I opened my mouth, Jimin asked, "Y/N? Are you okay?" He looked at me with those eyes I know I'll miss forever. I said, "Jimin, I'm sorry." Jimin asked, "Why?" I said, "I have to leave, and I can't tell you where..." Jimin looked at me with eyes that broke my heart, but he smiled, knowing that he had to let me go at some point. He looked at me and said, "Don't be sorry Y/N, I understand. I hope you have a good time there and make new friends okay?" Then, he did something unexpected. He took out the necklace his late mom gave him and handed it to me. I looked at him and asked, "Why... Why are you giving this to me...?" Jimin smiled and said, "Because I love you and I want you to remember me." I started sobbing as he consoled me and assured me he'll be okay. As I calmed down I said, "Jimin, will you promise me something?" Jimin said, "Of course, what is it?" I said, "Don't forget about me, and if you find another girl, treat her well or I will come there myself and I'll smack your head okay?" Jimin chuckled and said, "Okay mom."
