"SHIGARAKI!"
dabi exclaims, catching his attention just in time for him to dodge the attack from the heroes.
"Theyre too fucking strong dabi!"
"Then we run!"
Dabi turns on his heel after punching one of the heroes sharply in the chest and runs, shigaraki close behind until he's caught by something and pulled back.
"DABI!"
Screams shigaraki as he's dragged backwards by a hero causing Dabi to stop dead in his tracks and run for him.
He managea to hut the hero with a flame,they let go of Tomura giving dabi the chance to pick him up and run.
Back at the villain base
Shigaraki throws himself down weakly, a large cut on his arm gushing alot of blood.
"Oi, asshole"
"What is it, Bitchface?"
That was shigaraki and dabi's usual banter, their little nicknames were normal. Though, dabi was genuinley concerned.
"So..You..alright?"
"Meh..it'll just add to my scar collection.."
He laughs bitterly..
Dabi's smirk drops..damn..he just might have been through as much pain as him..maybe..possibly more...no one really knew shigaraki well..nor dabi..but dabi wanted to know shigaraki's past..badly.
"Hey, Shigaraki?"
"What?"
"...okay this is gonna sound fucking WIERD as hell but..i want to know more about you"
"You what..?"
He was touched..he's the only person that'd ever technically cared about him like that...
"Well..i-.."
Dabi sits down next to him awkwardly..
"Its..alright..take it slow"
"Well..when i was a kid..my father was..extremely abusive..i was beaten regularly..i became isolated..my dream of becoming a hero died more every day..then..my family died..so i was orphaned..i had to survive on the streets..then All for one took me in and changed my name to Tomura Shigaraki..he trained me..and.."
He starts sobbing
"Thats me.."
Dabi stared on in disbelief..this poor guy..
"Changed your name..?"
"My name..it was Tenko Shimura.."
He scratches his neck..then pulls his hand away quickly..seeming annoyed with himself
" i also have..Excoriation disorder..thats why i have all these scars..and the hands..are to distract me.."
He points at the hands gripping onto his arms...
"...i.."
All this left dabi speachless..
"..dont you dare tell anyone!"
"I-i wont..shigaraki..Look..thats pretty bad..im..im sorry Tomura.."
"Ah!? You!?sorry?! Why..?"
"...i admit..i had a rough past..but you..i..im sorry.."
"S'not like you can change it.."
"..i..its just..damn why do i feel like this!"
"Youre in love with me, arent you dabi?"
"WHAT?!I-I..."
he tries to protest...but the thought of loving shigaraki somehow made his heartbeat quicken and his face blush red..
"You do..right?"
He asks..pain in his tone..almost as if he was pleading for a yes..
"..So what if i do!?"
"...then thank you!"
He cries, letting a few tears roll down his cheeks..as he jumps into dabi's arms, wanting a loving embrace is a feeling he's carried ever since he was a child..and now, at last..he got it..it was like a thrill for him..a pair of arms holding him close, dabi letting shigaraki rest on his chest and cry..and he just couldnt resist kissing him gently on the head..for two of the top villains, this was exclusive behaviour for only eachother..no one else...
"I promise you.." Dabi whispers gently..
"I will keep you safe, Tomura"
