"Hey, Jimin, would you mind coming with us tonight?"

Snapped out of his thoughts, Jimin looked up at the boys speaking to him. Mahogany locks covered the speaker's forehead, some strands of hair flirting with his eyelashes. He was dressed down today in a white turtleneck sweater and some round-rimmed glasses, boxy mouth stretched out into an inviting smile. The younger, sat next to him was also looking at him. Clothed in a black hoodie, with matching dark rims under his eyes, he eyed his Hyung expectantly.

"Uh, where to, Taehyungie?"
"I just told you, Bangtan Bar." Taehyung replied with a roll of his eyes.
"You know, I don't really feel comfortable going to places like that..."
"Come on, Hyung. It'll only be for a little while." The younger  perched next to him promised.
"I don't know." Jimin sucked his bottom lip between his teeth.
"Jiminie, it won't be for long. Besides, you need a break."
"I mean... Jihyun needs me and-"
"Jihyun is 22 years of age, Hyung. He can take care of himself for one night." Jungkook stated.
"He'll worry about me..." Jimin eyed the pair, twiddling his thumbs under the table.
"Please, Jimin?" Taehyung looked at his friend, giving him the worst case of puppy-eyes Jimin had ever experienced in his many years of friendship with him.

With a blow of his teeth, Jimin reluctantly agreed to go with them.

The regret he felt when he entered the almost derelict bar that evening made his stomach flip with anxiety. Dimly lit with an odd stench and women dressed in little to nothing, uncomfortable was an understatement. He looked over to the bar, seeing a girl, no older than 18 stood, tiredly pouring whiskey for an older man. Her hair, dyed a chestnut brown was cut with bangs which helped to bring out her large, doe eyes.

"Luna," Taehyung spoke to her, voice booming as he still stood some distance away, "fetch the Hyungs for me. I don't wanna go back there."

With a roll of her large eyes, Luna disappeared from the bar and into the VIP section.

"Relax, Chim, have a drink." Taehyung stride over to the bar, plucking up a glass and filling it up with a brown liquor.
"Tae you know I don't-"
"For once in your life, Jimin, live a little." Jungkook sighed.
"I..." Jimin looked between the pair. There was no way he was getting out of this.
"Don't give me that look." Jungkook warned. Jimin hadn't even realised he was pouting.
"Drink it." Taehyung commanded.

Small fingers curling around the glass, Jimin brought it up to his lips and took down the drink. It burnt his tongue and lit a fire from the back of his throat down to his stomach. With a splutter, he placed the glass back down and sent daggers with his eyes to his friends. He had never been one for alcohol.

Jungkook grinned at his Hyung and Taehyung shared a similar look of pride. The pair were always up to mischief one way or another. Jimin was almost like a conscience for the pair, reining them in when it went too far. Jungkook moved closer to stand next to Jimin, Taehyung standing at the other side of the bar. Half joking, Taehyung offered another drink which was declined with a glare.

"Evening, Tae, Kookie." Jimin's eyes flashed towards the new and foreign voice, which landed on a man much taller than him. His blond locks were styled to show his undercut and his eyes were drawn into sharp lines, like he was looking at something with distaste, "the others are coming." His voice was deep and smooth, similar to Taehyung's, but an octave above his oceanic pipes.
"Good. Chim, this is Namjoon Hyung. Hyung, this is Jimin." Taehyung introduxed the pair as Namjoon moved behind the bar to stand next to Taehyung.
"Nice to meet you, Jimin. You must be the infamous voice of reason." Namjoon flashed a bright smile, dimples lightening up his soft cheeks. Jimin felt a flush run across his cheeks and neck.
"The ignored voice of reason," he managed to speak, voice quiet and meek, "its nice to meet you, too." He gave a soft, shy smile and looked down at his hands which had encased one another.
"I like the hair colour." Namjoon complimented and Jimin felt a second flush. He had dyed his locks a bright blond, which fell into his own face and famed his round features nicely.
"Finally getting some work done?" Came a second unfamiliar voice, followed by a third of laughter.

Jimin turned his head, heart hammering in his chest, most likely from the anxiety. A man, not much taller than himself was striding forwards, eyes dark in angst and hair a vibrant mint. His hands were shoved into the pockets of his suit trousers. Behind him, a taller male, laughing heartily, smile bright and wide. His voice, even from just laughter was raspy. It seemed, however, that Jimin had not been noticed as both strode past him and to the end of the bar to stand between Jungkook and Namjoon.

"Where's Jin Hyung?" Jungkook inquired to the two new presences.
"Gone to meet Shihyuk-ssi." The smaller of the two spoke, voice cool and low.
"Hey, who's this?" The taller suddenly piped up, eyes lightening with curiosity.
"Oh, this is Jimin Hyung. Jimin, this is Hoseok Hyung," Jungkook pointed to the taller of the two, "and Yoongi Hyung." He pointed to the smaller.
"N-nice to meet you both." Jimin flushed a deeper crimson of embarrassment.
"Ah~! It's nice to meet you, Jimin! You're like a little ball of cuteness!" Hoseok began to gush.

It was at this moment Yoongi chose to look up at the newest person of the group. He felt his heart catch in his chest when his eyes landed on the soft features of the younger male, eyes in crescents as he smiled at Hoseok, a crimson flush adorning his soft cheeks. Yoongi gulped. Jimin's eyes locked with Yoongi's for a second and Yoongi looked away, clearing his throat.

"If Hyung isn't going to bother showing up, then I'm leaving. I have actual work to get on with while everyone else here stands around being useless." Yoongi snapped suddenly.
"Yah, Hyung-" Namjoon began, but Yoongi had already stalked off, gaze set in front of him.
"Yoongi-ah!" Hoseok called.
"What's wrong with him today?" Jungkook inquired, watching Yoongi disappear into the VIP section.
"I don't know. He was fine ten minutes ago." Hoseok said.

Jimin felt a pang of guilt. He must've made Yoongi feel uncomfortable in his own establishment. Still flushing, Jimin stood, muttering his apologies before fleeing. He heard Taehyung call his name, but he was gone.
