"-it was all my fault!" Jimin groaned into his pillow, a hand rubbing up and down the length of his back.
"Hyung, I really don't think that was what it was."
"It had to be!" Jimin whined, "they said he was fine before he met me!"
"To be fair, you do have that affect on people..."
"Yah!" Jimin sat up immediately, hands coming to smack on the shoulder of the younger male, "Park Jihyun! Be serious!"
"You be serious, Hyung! Do you really think your one minute interaction caused him to get angry and leave? You didn't even speak to him!" Jihyun reasoned, sounding rather astonished.
"I... suppose you're right..."
"Of course I'm right!" Jimin pouted at his younger brother's reply.
"Still, I don't think he liked me much."
"Who cares? You'll probably never see him again."It was at that moment, a noise sounded from the kitchen and Jihyun pushed himself up. He gave his brother a reassuring smile before disappearing from the bedroom. Jimin sighed, finally alone.
Two days had passed since the encounter at Bangtan Bar and for those two days, Jimin had been inconsolable. He was upset over the mere thought of his presence upsetting Yoongi and even more upset that Jungkook and Taehyung were constantly spamming his phone.
~^*^~
Yoongi sat next to Jungkook, scrolling through a useless dating site on his phone. To say he had been focusing recently would be a lie. He couldn't get the image of the younger blond out of his head, especially the (Hoseok-induced) blush on his small cheeks. He gave a small cough to attempt to get the younger's attention.
"What?" Jungkook asked, not lifting his head from his hand-held console.
"How did you know I wanted something?" Yoongi grumbled.
"I just know. I'm the Golden Maknae, remember?"
"Shut up... so.. uh..."
"Spit it out, Hyung, I'm about to beat Taehyungie's high score."
"Your friend Jimin... just out of sheer curiosity, will he be coming back any time soon?"
"I dunno," Jungkook shrugged, "he's been ignoring me and Taehyungie for the past couple days."
"Why is that?" Yoongi turned all of his attention to his maknae.
"If I knew that, he wouldn't be ignoring me because he would have told me, wouldn't he?"
"Ah... well... whatever. I have a class to get to."
"It's Saturday."
"Okay I have papers to mark."
"It's July."
"Jeon Jungkook if you don't-"
"Hyung!"The door burst open, and with it, Taehyung. A look of sheer panic was written across his face as he looked between the two.
"Namjoonie Hyung needs you both. There's been an emergency."
"What happened?" Yoongi rose, Jungkook putting down his game.
"It's... complicated... just come."~^*^~
The smell of coffee filled up Jimin's lungs, it's comfy and warm feeling spreading through his body. Using his index finger, he pushed the bridge of his glasses back up his nose and looked around the coffee shop. People were sitting chatting quietly amongst themselves, some alone and tapping on laptops or reading books. It was a quiet day, rain pattering on the ground and on the windows. The clouds were a little darker than white and seemed to be stuck in place.
"Good morning, sir, what can I get for you?" The young girl behind the counter greeted Jimin with a bright smile.
"Hi, uhm, could I get white mocha - grande... please."
"That'll be 3.59 please."3.59 for a cup of coffee? Jimin made a mental note to not return to this particular store again. He rummaged through his pockets, pulling out only a few coins. He gave a shy, awkward smile.
"I don't-..."
"Here." Slender fingers reached past Jimin's head, landing a note down onto the counter. Jimin looked over, eyes widening in shock.A week and two days ago, he had only just met this person, and they hadn't even spoken since, yet here he was, paying for Jimin's outrageously expensive cup of coffee.
