Why?

No one's POV

Spinel was with the diamonds in the ballroom. Dancing, juggling, and entertaining the diamonds. The diamonds laughed,

" oh, Spinel! Your so funny!" Blue said with glee.

" Ah ha ha! Indeed! And those funny jokes!" Yellow cackled.

" Yes Spinel. Your are very talented indeed, but excuse us for a moment we have important business to attend." White said as she walked out of the room with blue and yellow following behind her.

Spinel was left to clean her mess. She pick up all the colorful orbs, horns, and joke books. She was all most done when she heard whispers from the room the diamonds were in. Not wanting to be nosey, she left with one of the colorful orbs in hands. She was about to leave when she heard her name. She looked back and went closer to the door, listening to the conversation.

" I can believe we chose her over Steven." A voice said which sounded it belonged to blue.

" Indeed she can't even behave right. I know we changed but being to childish is unacceptable!" Another voice said belonging to yellow.

" Yes. I know she loves us very much but she has to act like pink! That's what we got her for right?" The last voice said that belongs to white.

Spinel was devastated. She never knew that the diamond felt that way. The more she thought about it, the more it angered her by their statements. They only wanted her for a replacement. They only wanted her because of Steven. She too childish? Too childish?! It is her purpose to  be childish! And it's unacceptable? Oh she'll should THEM unacceptable.

Spinel's POV

I-i can't believe it! Ah ha ha ha ha! They only wanted me for a replacement for Pink! Ah ha ha ha! Oh ho ho ho! Me? Childish?! I'm supposed to be childish! And look at that, I love them very much yet they HATE that I love them with all my heart. And they wonder why they chose me over Steven? They wanted me but now they changed their minds?! Well if they don't want me all just have to leave! But not after I show them a piece of my mind.

No one's POV

Spinel scurried back to her room putting up all of the stuff. She grabbed the rejuvenator and put it in her gem. She went back outside putting on a fake smile so they don't expect a thing. The Diamonds came back looking strangely happier than usual but knowing what they said earlier Spinel knew they were faking it.

" Spinel we're back~" white sang. Blue then added " and we got a surprise for you!"

" Oh really? For little ol'me?" Spinel said acting surprised.

" Um, yes. We got some repla- I mean friends for you so you wouldn't be lonely." Yellow diamond winked. They slowly opened their hands to reveal 3 spinels each matching the colors of the Diamonds. " Is this great now you got 3 new friends! Come on let go pl-" Ha!" White was interrupted by Spinel laughing. " Ah ha ha ha ha! Oh ho ho ho! I knew you guys didn't want me!"

" What?" White diamond asked. Spinel have them all menacing look that sent chills down their spines. " Don't think I'm that stupid to not here you say my name and how I'm too childish or why y'all chose me over Steven!"

The Diamonds were frightened by this. They know that Spinel has the ability to kill an entire planet with ease, who knows what she can do to them. But they kept their stand and tried to be manipulative.

" Spinel if you don't stop right now, we are going to have no choice but to abandon you if you don't behave like the other Spinel's." White warned, pointing at Spinel, pushing her slightly.

Then she gave a chuckle " well then if all y'all wanted me for is a replacement and then abandoned me cause I'm not doing a good job? Oh ya gotta be kidding me! And you got replacement's do me? Well, guess I have the right and justice to attack ya!" She growled as she lunged towards them, having her rejuvenator out and swang it at them. The Diamonds near dodge her due to their size.

" Spinel! Stop this immediately! It is not right to hurt a diamond! Especially three!" Yellow yelped out dodging her attacks.

" Isn't it wrong to abandon you friend?!?!" Spinel said back. She kept this up for a good 10 minutes before she was tired of swinging the rejuvenator around. The Spinel's in the diamonds hands tried to defend the diamonds by attacking Spinel with their own weapons.

Spinel dodge all of their attacks with ease. She went to the door of the room.

" I'll get ya one day ya hear!!" Spinel yelled. I a blink of an eye she left the diamonds and Spinel's to themselves.

" Well that's one way to get rid of something" yellow said picking up her Spinel.

" You think she'll be alright?" Blue asked doing the same with her Spinel.

" Well it doesn't matter it isn't our problem" White reinsured them picking up her Spinel.

Mean while with Spinel she running through homeworld looking for a ship for an escape pod. Once she found one, she went in and launched herself into space, picking a random location cause it didn't matter where she went just AWAY from homeworld.

' welp, it looks like Im on my own for now ' she thought to herself looking at the millions of stars. She closed her eyes drifting into her own thoughts.

Huge time skip

Spinel's eyes opened when she heard the alarm go off. She jolted up looking at the screens.

' SYSTEM HAS MALFUNCTION SYSTEM! WILL TURN OFF IN FIVE MINUTES! '

" OH NO! Oh no, no, no, no, NO! Gotta be quick!" Spinel panicked to herself. Then the power turned off sending the ship straight to earth.

" No, no, no, no! Not there!"

The ship started to burn due to it entering the Earth's atmosphere. The ship was coming heavy landing straight onto Beach city near the forest. The ship crashed, making marks of fire and ground. " No!-" Spinel was poofed when a metal piece went through her torso.

That was the last thing she saw before retreating back into her gem.

After hours later

(Y/n) was wandering around the beach close to her abandoned house she found for sale. Looking at the sunset she sees the sun's beams glisten on the water. I was perfect until there was a boom sound not to far from her house. She saw smoke and immediately rush over to see if anything got on fire.

She went over to the smoke to find a some sort of ship that had crash down. She went inside to see the hold thing a wreck and dark. The only thing that was fine was a heart shaped gem that was next to a metal piece from the ship. She grabbed it hesitantly. When she grabbed it, it felt smooth and warm, the shape was perfect in cut. She's never seen anything like it.

She decided to take it to her house cause who knows what else someone will do if they find this. She went back home with gem in hand. She opened the door and put the gem on the table. " Don't worry buddy. I won't abandon you in that ship" she said to the gemstone, talking to herself. She went upstairs and changed into her pajamas , brushed her teeth and went to bed. " Night" she turned off the lights and went to dream Land not even knowing what's in store for her tomorrow.
