Last night was the best I've ever slept in years since I've lost Carter. After that day I honestly thought I wouldn't sleep properly ever again.
Flashback
"I love you baby girl. I always will. Promise me to be happy no matter what. "Carter pleaded with me. For the past fifteen minutes he has been saying that he was sorry and that he loved me and I really didn't understand why he was doing this. "Ok ok cart I love you too. I promise." I said feeling defeated. He is really stubborn he just wouldn't listen to me. "Ok." He said looking into my eyes before running through the kitchen back door and running through the woods in our back yard. Next thing i know I heard gun shots. I instantly grabbed the gun I had and ran to the direction of it. To find blood everywhere and the half of heart key chain that Carter had in the blood. That was the moment I knew that my brother was gone. But whoever killed him, why would they take his body. It's whatever now, my only brother I had left, is now gone. Now I was all alone.
End of flashback
I walked down the stairs to see a girl sitting on the chair and when I passed she mugged the hell outta me. I just gave her the bitch please look and went on my merry way to the kitchen for breakfast, where I saw a note with pancakes and whipped cream with strawberries at the side.

I smiled after reading the note then started eating my breakfast when Chris and Karreuche came downstairs laughing while she hugged his eyes almost making him fall over. "Don't fall while me on your back stupid." She squeals as he laughs. "Don't worry babe. I got you." He said putting her down while pecking her lips making me mentally awe. "Morning." They said in unison. I smiled and waved not wanting to be rude and talk with my mouth full. Chris came and stole a strawberry from my plate running away. We ended in the living room with the girl that was being mean. "Chris get back here" I said running him down. I almost fell but Kae pulled me back up. Chris stopped at the living room looking at a rat looking hoe with some serious weave issues. I could tell he didn't like her at all.

"what this bitch doing here?" Kae asked jumping onto my back while I laughed. This girl is wild. I grabbed her legs helping her steady herself on my back. "thank you" she whispered when she got herself together. "Who you calling a bitch hoe? And I'm here looking for Mech." The bat said looking directly at me. "oh he's no here boo, so you can just show yourself out the door." Kae said with a smile. Just as she said that, Mechie came through the door and the fat face lady KISSED him. I was so pissed off that I ran up to my room not once looking at anyone in my way.
The crazy thing is, I remember her, she's the one that my younger brother Cartier was cheating on when he was with my friend Chanel. long story short I confronted him about it which led to him leaving and never talking to me again after that day. I regretted it so much, I miss my little brother and just wanna see him again. I was thinking so deep that I didn't even realize that i was cutting my wrist, until Mechie came and grabbed me. That was the moment everything stopped......when I blacked out
Mechie's POV
After having my yelling session with the hoe, she left and I went upstairs to look for kellie. "Kellie" I shouted as I reached the top of the stairs. I heard crying from inside her room so I checked there to find her room empty, so I went to her bathroom to see something that made me pissed the fuck off. I frantically grabbed her hand with a towel and wrapped her hand with it. I wanted to slap her silly but I just couldn't do it. Just then she blacked out "oh shit. No baby. No don't do this shit to me man. Don't." I cried as I picked her up bridal style and ran downstairs same time Chris came out of the kitchen running into me almost knocking me down. "Nigga call the ambulance man. Call me quick." I said to him and one breath as I walked into the living room. Law gasped as the tears just started to pour out of her eyes. "Oh my god. Kellie." She cried. Tears threatened to leave my eyes but I knew better.
"They coming man." Chris said. Just then Kye and Deshae walked in arguing again like always. "Man take that shot outside or somewhere, just don't stay here." I shouted at them as I held kellie to my chest. I really wasn't in the mood for shit right now. "I ain't leaving my baby girl. But nigga you gotta leave we're done. Also Mech I want him out of the gang. He too messy. Also imma have best on your ass deahae." She said.
I just nodded he really was messy tho. Deshae left slamming my mother fucking door. He lucky I got kellie to worry bout no or else I would've gotten his ass. I'll get his ass later. Kye sat infront of me on her knees and rubbed kellie's head. "She'll be alright. I can feel it. She'll make it. You just have to put it to god." She said. "Thanks kye." I said smiling sadly. She smiled back. "There here. Let's go." Chris said hiding the weed and shit with kae. The smell of the weed didn't even hit me till he said that, so instead of taking the chance of them coming in and smelling it, I ran outside.

The sound of the machine in the hospital room along with kellie's breathing was the only thing that was heard throughout the room. Right now everything is just messed up man. Carter trusted me with his sister and I just let her slip. From now on ain't no more slipping. "Please babe. Baby I need you to wake up for me man or just squeeze my hand so I know you there." I whispered in her ear softly as before kissing her forehead. I went to my gallery and found one of her photos before posting it on Instagram.

As soon as I seen carter liked my post I knew I was in deep shit with this. Just as I locked my phone I heard a soft whisper. "Mechie" she whispered. I looked up from my phone the see the most beautiful brown eyes I have ever seen.
