Pretending Is Stressful

Kenji's POV

"I hate him!" I exclaim stomping towards one of my best friends.

"Oh come on, you don't mean that." He say chuckling.

"Mikoto I'm serious! This is serious, I swear I just wanna strangle him!" I rant pacing back and forth as Mikoto just listened.

I continued to list all the horrible things I would do to that little pink haired idiot, annoyance rolling off me in waves.

"Kenji-kun! There you are!" I stopped mid rant as heard a familiar voice.

Her brown and blue bounced slightly as she ran towards me, usually I'd walk away when people try to talk to me but Luna wasn't one of those people... Unless she starts talking about shipping, then bitch I'm gone!

But I kept my guard up. When one EitoSquad member was around, the others weren't far behind.

"I've been looking for you everywhere, I'm surprised to find you alone though." She says in confusion, I turn around and of course. Mikoto has abandoned me... DAMMIT MIKO!

(DAMMIT SHIHO! XDXD)

"What do you want?" I ask. I was already stressed, how he does this 24/7 is a mystery to me.

"Well you see, Eito wants to talk to you." She says smiling.

"And why is that?"

"I don't know, why don't you ask him?"

"As you can tell, he's not around."

"What are you talking about? He's right behind you."

I've never turned around so fast before in my life. Just like Luna said the little pink devil was standing right behind me, smiling up at me like he's the most innocent person in the world. But in his eyes I could see something else.

And of course the rest of the EitoSquad was right behind him... Fuck my life.

"Ah, Kenji-kun! So nice to see you again, I wanted to talk to you after class but you ran off before I could say anything." He says as the smile on his face never wavered.

God I just wanna punch it off his face, I regret my decision. This is to hard for me and seeing him do this with ease hurts my pride.

"Maybe cause I didn't wanna talk to you." I state blankly.

Suddenly the bell rang signaling that class had resumed, everyone rushed to their next class while me and Eito stayed behind. Once everyone was gone both of us let out a sigh in relief.

"God this is stressful, how do you do this everyday?!" I exclaim smiling as Eito laughed.

"You'll get used to it besides, you wanted to keep things private." He says smirking as I sigh.

"Yeah that might go out the window soon." I mutter. He gave me a small smile before walking up to me and putting his hands on my shoulders.

"Don't give up yet, I don't want you to be uncomfortable and you know how clingy I get." He say pouting.

"How could I forget? It was a warm summer holiday, my room and hours of anime and movies. You fell asleep and even with my strength I couldn't pull you off." I say chuckling as his ears turned a light shade of pink.

"Anyway! We are not gonna give up yet, plus if I can do it so can you." He says hugging my torso causing me to freeze. "You still suck at showing affection by the way."

"Oh shut up!"

He chuckles before giving me a kiss on the cheek and running off to his next class. I smiled softly to myself in my own little world... That is until I sense a familiar presence behind me.

I turned around and my eyes widened as a saw Luna... Smirking at me... Someone save me now.

"So! You and Eito huh?" She says that smirk never leaving her face. I don't care what anyone says about Luna being an angel, she's a damn devil at heart!

"You better not say a word of this to anyone." I say glaring at her.

"Don't worry I won't, I'll just post the pictures I took in the Class 1-C chat room." She says before speeding away.

"GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE SHIT! DELETE THOSE!!"

"MAKE ME!!"
