Chapter-10

Adarsh's pov-
Next day i woke up and saw that aayushi is already ready. Then i also got ready and waked aru up and bathed her. After sometimes aayushi came with my coffee and aru's milk.
Adarsh-aru be a good girl don't disturb dadi. Mumma and daddy will come by evening.
Aru- aru not come with u
Adarsh-no baby we aru going to nana nani house what will aru do there
Aru starts crying saying she too wants to go.
Aayushi - adarsh plz let her come. We will take care of her. Aru stop crying come we will take ur things which u will need there.
Aru smile brightly and goes with aayushi.
Rishi comes and says aayush mamu has come. I call aayushi and we go down.
Aayush was sitting with aman bhai and talking. As soon he saw us coming he got up from his seat. Aayushi ran towards him and hugged him. He caressed her hair and then asked her is she ok. She nodded. Then he saw aru standing and extends his hand to take her and she jumps in his arms. She said " mamu will u take aru also with u". Aayush says yes aru has to come as nani has prepared so many dishes for aru. Then i greeted aayush. Then after bidding bye we left in aayush's car and i told the driver to bring the car there as from there i have to reach office.
Aru was continuously blabbering all way to aayush what all she did yesterday with her mumma.
Then we reached their home. It was a nice house. On the gate stood ritu mom with aarti's thaali. She welcomed us then we took blessings from them. By seeing us aru too tried to touch their feet. They hugged aru and kissed her forehead. Then we entered inside and had our breakfast. After that i bid them bye and told aayushi to be ready by 7 o'clock i will come to take her and aru. The i told her to take care of aru and left. I know aru will be safe with her.

Aayushi's pov-
After adarsh left i spent my time talking to mom. She asked me how was i and everyone. Then i told her how i like being with aru. I don't feel she isn't my daughter. I feel so attached to her just in 1 day. She then told me to take care of myself also. The told me to visit doctor after a week as i have appointment. Aru was with dad watching tv. Dad loved to spent time with her. I told mom about me joining clinic from tomorrow by my inlaws permission.
After having lunch we slept for sometimes.
At evening we were having tea that time aayush bhai came with ice cream. I had cravings for icecream. Aru also jumped in her seat seeing icecream. I got to know i and aru have same choice in icecream. We were enjoying icecream that time adarsh entered. I was embarrassed seeing him. What he would have thought of me having icecream like aru. Then I suddenly left from there to kitchen to keep plate and wash my face.

Adarsh's pov-
When I arrived to take aayushi and aru i entered the house and saw aayushi was having icecream with aru . She was looking like a baby while having icecream. By seeing me she got embarrassed and left from there. Then ritu mom told me that she is having lot of cravings so aayush bought that on his way. I also realised that must have craving at home too but was not able to tell anyone. Then Aayushi and aru came taking there bags. Then ritu mom came towards me and gave me a gift and I denied but she was reluctant and said its a ritual so i kept it thanking her. That time aru said " no gift for aru". So dad said how can we not gift our granddaughter anything and that too for the first time she came to this house. Then ritu mom bought aru's gift and she happily took the gift saying thank u. Then mom said aayush to keep the bag in the car which has gifts  for my family. Aayushi cried bidding her family and then we drove towards my "sorry" our house.

Aayushi's pov
When we reached home i gave gifts which my parents had sent for everyone. Then we all had dinner and went to our room. After making aru sleep i started to arrange my things as from tomorrow i start going to clinic. Then adarsh came after changing and told me to sleep and do the work in morning as i must have been exhausted. I said it will take only two min but he was reluctant so i went to sleep. I was thinking how my life changed and now not just a husband but i had found a friend in adarsh. And i know like he is good dad to aru he will take care of my baby also. With that i went to sleep.
