A Growing Feeling ( iballistisquid fan fic)

Getting Ready

It had been six month since I started talking to Stampy and Squid.

We had agreed that it was about time that we met up, since we had just  been writing to each other or playing minecraft  for quite a while.

I was exited, we were going to go on some type of vacation and Stampy had invited Amy Lee and a few other of his minecraft helpers.

I had started to pack the day before our vacation (I always pack the day before I had to go which meant I was In a rush again.........) when I heard a soft knock on my room door.

"Come in" my Mom poked her head through the door before she came in. I could see she was crying.

I rushed over to her and pulled her into a hug and tried to calm her as she sobbed into my shoulder. She pulled away " I'm going to miss you" she said as she wiped away most of her tears.

"oh mum I only going to be gone for a month" I said exasperated, Mom was way to clingy and I hated it.

It felt like I was still a little child.

"I know honey" she said as she sits on the edge if my bed "let me help you pack"

I took us thirty minutes to finish packing.  It was actually Moms fault we took so long,  she insisted that we folded all the clothes  into neat piles.

After we finished tidying up my room and packing Mom left to make dinner. I sprawled myself all over I was exited and nervous at the same time.

I had always written to stampy and squid I had never met them I real life. A knock on my bedroom door shook me out of my thoughts.

I sat up quickly "come in" I said as I smoothed out my bed sheets.  The door burst open as my best friend Agnes ran in pulling me into a hug.

Agnes pulled away and dragged me down to sit on the bed with her, "are you excited ?, your first vacation without your family" she said as grinned happily.

"Kind of" I said as said as I played with a stray strand of thread sticking of  the bottom of my shirt "I'm kind of nervous"

"Don't worry Lesley" said Agnes "you're going to have a wonderful time".
