Kehlani's pov
I woke up face cuddled into Lukas chest , with his arm wrapped around me .
I really did needed this , I missed them so much . Especially Lukas I feel like I've been isolating him bc of Gray.
I turned around and saw leg , my eyes trailed up and guess who I see .
Now let's pause for a second.
And think about how really unlucky I am , of course it'd be in this situation . Well I can only blame myself at this point . Man fuck you universe .
Unpause
"What the hell is going on? " he said trying to keep him calm . I sat up slowly waking up Lukas .
"Princess come back " he mumbled before opening his eyes . GREAT TIMING !
"Oh hey gray" he said in a snarky tone .
"You fucking -"
"Grayson stop , this is on me " I said trying to back him up.
"No keke I think I'm the one that made the first move , I mean I'm the one who leaned in for the kiss first " he said getting up .
"Not.helping.Lukas" I rolled my eyes .
"Let's go upstairs" I added
"No lets talks this out now , what you say to go on a break so you can hook up with one of your left overs!" He clearly mad and obviously I don't blame him .
"Left overs?! That doesn't even make sense " Lukas mocked
"Oh it does , she LEFT you OVER me . Therefore left over" he said empathizing those words .
"No I wanted to hang out with all my friends , we watched scary movies smoked and then went to bed , while yes the kiss did happened but it- " I looked at Lukas I couldn't say this infront of him .
"Come on" I said pulling on his arm pulling him upstairs.
"It didn't mean anything , I promise you I was just mad and as soon as I realized that I pushed him off . Yes we ended up cuddling but I also do that with Jessie and Ella . Just please i don't know . I can't ask you not not to be mad I can see why but i don't know I told you the truth take it or leave it " I said looking down at the ground saying the last part .
"Where's the rest of your friends , Ella and Jessie? " he asked suspiciously
" I don't know they probably le-"
"WE GOT DONUTS AND TACOS !!" Jessie sings walking through the door .
Well atleast that was perfect timing .
"The ex is upstairs" Lukas said to them .
"I'm not her ex , you play toy " Grayson screamed down .
"Your not ?" I asked
"I'm not giving up on you easily but I am mad , and I'm spending sometime with you and your friends . I want to be able to hang with them with out you feeling like you have to isolate them . And your going to do the same with mine . Deal?" He asked
"Deal " I smiled .
"But I have to talk to Lukas . Alone " Grayson said sternly .
"K just no fists involved " I said

"Lukas we need to talk right now " Grayson said to Lukas .
"Alright , I'll be back " Lukas said to us .
They stepped out side the apartment door , we could hear them but not everything .

Graysons pov
"Look I know you have a crush on her , but you should back off . I'm falling for her , and I could be her only chance to actually committing to something . So do whatever you must but don't be surprised when she ends up with me . I'll let this trash kiss slide and we can be good . Just don't disrespect our relationship and I won't disrespect yours " I said
"Basically what your saying let the best man win ?" He asked
"Sorta but no more moves like this " I said sternly
"You know what I'll take it , I'm patient Dolan . Real patient so we're good . But YOU don't be surprised when in the actual end she ends up with me . Her life long best friend she can count on " he smirks .
"Whatever man , we just must respect eachother got it " I said pulling out my hand to shake .
" got it " he shook my hand .

The rest of the day I bonded with her friends their were iffy moments with Lukas but he was correcting himself . I'm kinda worried about her going to college , something tells me ima have more people to worry about .
