                          We see in the treasure scene before the giant scorpion appears, you can see Dewey looking at Webby.

                          

                          

                          We always see these two together a lot in the theme song. Like in this picture with both of them and Huey and Louie riding on a rhino.
                          

                          In the scene with Dewey a sword and the dragon from the first episode appear, you can see Webby reaching her hand in Dewey's direction. It was like she was afraid of dewey getting hurt.
                          

                          

                          

                          And if you see very closely at the end of the song, you can see Webby and Dewey together.
