Event: Dinner at Russia's house

Mexico insist to play truth or dare, it was clear that he wanted to do something evil," ok who's first?" He said, no one answered until he insisted that Phil would go first,

"Truth or Dare, Philip ol' Friend"

"Dare!" Philip said

"I dare you to drink 20 shots of the strongest alcohol!"

"What-" Philip said

"Don't worry Phil, i'll drink w/ you" Ukraine said, Ukraine and Philip are good friends they would spend their free time together, so they both got up to the kitchen and started drinking and chatting,

-No one's POV-
"Ok Russia truth or dare" Belarus asked, "truth" Russia said proudly,
"Do you like anyone, as a lover" she said, "uh, does Ame count..?" He blushed while everyone gasped, especially America, he didn't know that Russia would like him back,
"Do you have anything to say Ame?" Indo said, Ame nodded a no made Russia upset, Russia thought Ame doesn't like him back.

"Hhh, Ame Truth or dare" Russia said,
"Dare" Ame said in an exhaustive way,
"Can we talk privately" Russia said to Ame, Ame didn't know what he was talking about so he said ok and they went upstairs to the boucany, as they got up there, Russia didn't know what to say to him, will he say do you like me back or can we be more than friends or something, he was nervous, in Ame's Head, he did like Russia, he just didn't know how to say it, as they got up to the boucany, Russia asked "Ame, are you upset with me..you don't like me.." "No, I do like you, from the day we started hanging out, I-I just didn't know how to tell you" Ame told him, Russia thought for a moment and he may be asking Ame to be with him and support him forever, but he wasn't ready yet, so they went back downstairs and sat back down at the couch.
