You waved at a couple of your younger school mates. Their cheerful morning greeting to you was adorable and you couldn't ignore them at all.

"Good morning, (NN)!!!" A muscular arm pulled you into a hug.

"Morn—" Your response got muffled by the boy's shirt.

"You're going to suffocate her, Mirio." Another hand pulled you away from your friend. You gave the dark blue haired boy a quick hug. Mirio pouted. You smiled at your friends. "Good morning Mirio-kun, Amajiki-kun and Hado-chan."

"Good morning (Y/N)!" The pretty girl replied, her periwinkle eyes sparkling. "How was your commute here?"

"My father dropped me off today." You replied. Unlike your friends, you lived relatively far from the school so your parents always dropped you off on their commute to work.

Despite not being part of this "Big 3" name, you somehow managed to become friends with them. They seem like a bunch of earnest people and you really like their positive attitude. You were lucky enough to be born with a medical quirk so they were constantly raiding you every time they injured themselves.

"I heard that you went to the entrance exam for the new first years. Did anyone stand out to you?" Nejire asked, hooking her arms with you.

FLASHBACK

Your mouth gaped open. (E/C) eyes zoning on the green haired boy who was falling faster than you have ever seen but most of all, his limbs were flying behind him. You already knew that his arm and leg were both broken.

Within seconds, Recovery Girl was by his side. You felt yourself relax.

Beep beep beep

"Yes?" You replied back to your headset.

"(Y/N)-chan?" You heard Recovery Girl's voice. "Can you come out and inspect this green haired boy for further injuries?"

"Alright."

You grabbed your stuff and ran onto the scene. Your eyes immediately zoned in on the boy laying limp on the battlefield. You opened your kit, lifting up his arms and double checking everything. He had broken his arm and leg but nothing too permanent, Recovery Girl seem have fixed him up real good.

You rubbed some ointment on him just to ease the little pain he might still feel.

"You did alright," You whispered to the sobbing boy.

He didn't answer you. His little whimpers of cries swallowed down by people's chattering. The only thing you could do was give him a comforting pat on the back.

END OF FLASHBACK

You gave her a secretive smile, "Yeah. I saw a lot of amazing things there."

Nejire frowned, "Stronger people than us?"

"Maybe?" You teased her, ruffling her hair.

Mirio and Tamaki frowned. They didn't like the sound of that. They knew you loved to pay attention to reckless people because they, 99% of the time, would require medical attention. You somehow always managed to make a relationship with people who were reckless heroes in the making.

They didn't like the sound of you paying other people attention.

"Ah, (L/N), just the person I was looking for," Aizawa came out of the 3-B classroom.

"Good morning, sensei!" You chirp at him happily. He was a favorite patient of yours as well. Although, you wished he would be a little more open to your patient-healer relationship. "What can I help you with?"

"I need you on standby for the apprehension test."

You tilted your head. This wasn't unusual for Aizawa but he never went as far as to have you on standby. He mostly just gave them a slip and sent them your way. "Isn't that just a test? Is there someone who may get injuries?"

"Possibly. Come around 11."

"Yes sir!" You watched Aizawa leave. Your friends still quiet behind you. You shrugged, mentally reminding yourself to bring your handy first aid box.

"Aww, I wish I could have a quirk like you, (NN)!" Mirio whined, waving off the other two to their class while you both headed to yours.

"Nonsense. You don't get any thrill with my quirk." You replied. "I can't even defend myself if a villain attacks."

Mirio's face turned rigid. All fun escaped his face, his breath fanning against your ears, "Don't worry, (Y/N). I won't let anyone touch a single strand on your hair."

You held onto your reddening ear, a light dust of embarrassment on your cheeks. That boy just didn't know how to hold back.
