thirty nine

Seungmin entered his house, greeted his mom, and went to his room.

He jumped into the bed, picked up his phone and deleted all the messages that were related to that photo.
He wanted to forget about it.

He put his phone down and sighed loudly, then smiled.

He was upset, anxious and happy.

Upset about the photo.
Anxious about the come out.
Happy just because he saw Hyunjin's face today.

He sat a little in the bed, thinking about.. all things that were going on.

He then stood up, sat at the desk, and started doing his annoying daily school work.

It was 10:34pm already.
He finally finished.

School was hella exhausting.

He knew what was about to happen.
He breathed heavily, mentally preparing himself, getting the trust and confidence in himself.

He went down the stairs, finding his mom on the sofa, eating strawberry yogurt while watching tv.

"Hi mom" He said walking to the sofa and sitting beside her

"Oh, hello Seungmin.
What happened?" She said and volumed down the tv

"Uhm.. nothing really" Seungmin said anxiously

"Mom.. can I ask you something?"

"Of course you can." She placed the yogurt down and focused on Seungmin

"Mm..
Did you.. followed me yesterday?"

His mom made a confused face
"What?"

"-Or put anyone follow me?"

"No, Seungmin.
Why would I do that?!" She said surprised by her son's accusation

"I don't know..
Someone followed us and.. after that I received that weird message from you"

"-By the way! What was with that message you send me?" Seungmin said confused as well

"Oh.. that.."
"-uhm.. i just-" she stopped

"you spent a lot of time with that boy Hyunjin and I just thought that maybe..-" she stopped again

"you know what.
It doesn't matter anymore" She smiled

"Why don't you finish, mom..?"

"I was just thinking some crazy stuff, don't mind me." She held her son's hands

"..crazy?.." he said quietly "do you think it's crazy?"

His mom's face changed, she didn't know what to say

"i know what you thought.." Seungmin said with a weak voice

"Seungmin..-
I didn't mean to say crazy in that way-"

"I wanted to tell you this since so long" He looked at her with teary eyes

"I'm dating.. Hyunjin..-" He said and then broke in tears

She hugged her son tightly, showing him her support.

"It's ok Seungminnie" She rubbed his back smiling
"why are you crying? There's nothing wrong with it"

He hugged her back, with tears flowing, not wanting to ever let go.

He was so relieved that his mom accepted him.
