It has been basically a week since Sundari has been home. She wakes up screaming every single night. Multiple times, but last night i gave her a shot to help her relax and get some sleep. Otherwise she is just crying and scared all night.
I sleep in here every night, with her and her little friend Rylee in her chair. Its a nice chair i must say. But I dont leave her side at all. Im not about to, all this shit is my fault. My baby did not deserve this karma that I caused.
Im just sitting here in the dark watching Sun sleep in the bed with Rylee. She seems like a sweet girl, but she has no family at all?
I watched Rylee get out of the bed, and go in to the bathroom. She didnt see me because its so dark.
All i hear is noise coming from the bathroom. When i did get up and finally look to see what she was doing, she was looking through the drawers.
"What are you doing?" I asked making her jump
"Oh, sorry. I was...." she looked embarrassed
"Why are you snooping throughout her shit?" I snapped
"Nothing im sorry Mrs. Olay I'll go lay back down" she was obviously scared
She walked past me, and I could see the little red stain on the back of her orange shorts she got from Sundari yesterday.
"Rylee wait, I'm sorry okay sweetie. Were you looking for a pad? Or tampon?" I asked she just nodded
"What do you like to use?"
"I dont know. I never...."
"This is your first time getting your period?" I asked
"Yes Ma'am"
"Oh god, dont call me ma'am" i said and she laughed
"Sorry" she replied
"Sundari uses tampons and pads which ever she feels like using at the moment. They are underneath the sink here" I opened the cabinet for her
"Here you go" i said and she took the pad out of my hand
