~Liliana's P.O.V.~

"Come on Lil, hurry up! I want to go already!" My best friend Kat was shouting from behind the wooden door. She was a 5'2 brunette, who did not have much patience.

"Alright, alright!" I shouted back at her as I finished loosely curling the last chunk of my golden hair and opened the door.

Kat flashed a bright smile and squealed. "Oh my god, you look so perfect!" My response to that was to just laugh and roll my eyes.

"Alright, let's go." I grabbed my purse and Honda Civic keys and we both ran to my car. Right after I turned my car on, I opened the sunroof and blasted my music. Both of us started screaming at the top of our lungs to All About That Bass.

We pulled into the parking lot of the summer fair. Santa Cruz always had one in the beginning of summer. I smiled as I saw the bright flashing lights and smelled the freshly popped pop corn. Kat and I walked up to the entrance gate where I coughed up six dollars to get in.

As soon as we walked in we heard the shrills of girls screaming. I looked at Kat and mouthed "Damn". My ears felt like they were bleeding. She just looked at me with her piercing green eyes and nodded. After we walked by some rides that could definitely make a person puke, we found out where all the screaming was coming from. There was a group of about twelve girls screaming, but I still didn't know why. Hormones. As we got closer I saw one of the girls holding a huge tiger that has been here for as long as I can remember, no one could ever win it.

As we kept walking, I made sure that we were seven rides away from them before I turned to her and started laughing. "Okay they took it wa-".

I was cut off as I tripped over someone and fell in the mud. I felt my cheeks turning red from embarassement. I looked over to see who had accidentally tripped me. This boy had a black hoodie on, with the hood up and zipped to the top covering his body with a pair of sunglasses on his nose covering his face, but do to the fall they fell off and I saw the all too familiar face.

"No." I breathed out in disbelief.
