Uraraka POV

Principal Nezu knew that our grief could bring us to a bad place so he let the situation sligh however we did not get away with breaking school property and nearly hurting each other.

The school payed for the tables but we have to clean the cafeteria and the dorms building for 2 weeks. Me and bakugo have been avoiding each other.

And I honestly don't know if he's still drinking or smoking but all I can say is tried. I mean you can only help a person so much...right? Me todoroki, Bakugo and Iida are in the process of cleaning the the dorm building.

Bakugo was asking everyone for there trash, I cleaned the floors and todoroki washed the windows. And Iida...

"I'm supposed to be a role model and here I am with punishment for breaking some of the most obvious rules, what would my brothe-"

"NO! I can still show them I'm a leader by cleaning this place spotless ok I got this" he says as he starts scrubbing 10 times harder then before

He's hanging in there

I can hear Bakugo ask the boys for all there trash while they tease without really letting him know. I just stick to my own thoughts mopping the floor, why can't I get through to him

I look over as he yells angrily at todoroki who's trying to finish his job since he was going back and forth with kirishima and Kaminari. Ever since we got in trouble he's been acting normal again.

But when I look into his eyes I see the pain and hurt he's been trying to hide all this time. I found myself getting lost in those eyes as questions swarmed around my head knowing they will never be answered.

Even so nobody can stop me from thinking them.

"So your gonna explain why your looking at a roaring Bakugo that way?" Jiro ask while Ashido pops out of nowhere.

"What do you mean" I continue mopping not really understanding the question.

"You know the way your looking at him with interest" Ashido says making me snap to realization as my face gets a little red.

Why am I looking at him....

I tried to help him I don't care what's wrong with him anymore

He's the reason I'm even mopping!

"I'm not" I say plainly

"I just happened to be thinking and looking at him at the same time" I answer but repeating the answer in my head I turn redder from how stupid I sound.

"Forget I said that" I say dropping this whole conversation all together as I try to walk away from them mopping but to no avail.

"Oh so when you were explaining about your love interest" Ashido ask looking at Bakugo take out the trash

"You where talking about him" Jiro says dumbfounded.

"No I-."

"You have a crush on Bakugo"  Toru says more shocked then happy and surprised. But before I can explain Asui and momo join the conversation

"That's certainly unexpected" asui says

"I thought it wasn't good to force an investigation on people" I repeat the exact words she told the girls when they were asking me questions just like these
