(What happened this past chapters of Lumine lets pretend it didn't happen....ok)(and Lumine's home language it in bold and Kody's is in normal text)
Lumine POV!!
Kody was still asleep, so I decided to go for a walk...... hopefully I don't get lost. Outside wasn't that cold, well not to me anyway. I was just admiring the scenery outside. There was a store A couple blocks down from SaraHouse. So I went in to see what they have inside. It had very cute little stuffed animals and a lot of candy.
"Hey kid are you going to buy something or not" The cashier said.
He didn't say it in a rude way but he seem to think I was going to steal something.
"Oh umm I was just looking around I'm umm wait for a friend" I lied.
I don't know why I lied but I did. I stayed for 5 minuets just looking around and the cashier was still looking at me. The store was honestly very cute and cuddly. When I was ready I walked out of the store and started walking to Sara's house again.
"What should I do when I get back"I said to myself.
I wasn't looking where I was going and I bumped in to someone.
"Oh I'm so sorry" I apologized
"Oh it's ok" The person said with a familiar voice.
I looked up to see one of my childhood friends
" Zack?!?!!" I Said with excitement.(Zack is based off a person I met a couple days ago. Also not in the real story)
"Lumine omg I've missed you so much" he said in a way that he seems like he was mocking a girl who saw her best friend in the mall.
"I've missed you too"
"How have you been?"he asked.
"I've been good and how are you"I replied and asked happily.
"I'm good i'm just here for three weeks because my dad had a business trip"
"Oh so you're staying with your grandma Then".
" yeah I am I just was walking around because she's sleeping still".
We started talking for a couple minutes until I realized I have to go back to Sara's. They must be looking for me right now.
" I have to leave now there's some people waiting for me" I said.
" do you mean your dad and your aunt?" He said confused
"No"
I walked away so he wouldn't ask anymore questions. Well I was walking I honestly wanted to stay but I have to go back to kody.
(sorry it's super short I just came back from the hospital and I also do stuff after school so I'm not really on my phone but I really did want to write this so thank you for reading)
