Another headcanon: When they finally put aside their differences, and decided to be on good terms, both still leave marks from the past, by almost calling each other mocking names. For instance, Nerris wants to call Harrison dwarf but ends up realising, while Harrison often intends to call Nerris four eyes but ends up realising he shouldn't do that either.
