Giselle has gained a significant amount of intelligence over the years due to her love of books, which have provided her with an elevated vocabulary, an active imagination, and an open mind. She is very confident and outspoken in her opinions and seldom likes being told what to do. Despite all this, she doesn't have very many friends. Her smarts and free-thinking attitude make her stand out from her fellow townspeople, who regard her as a little odd behind her beauty. Giselle isn't concerned about her or others' appearances and is able to look past how people appear and see into their hearts. Giselle believes that she would fall in love with others through their personality, and it is true as most relationships she was in she knew she loved their personality (and their looks later on).Giselle is somewhat a free woman for her time and refuses to be mistreated, undermined, humiliated, demeaned, or controlled by anyone. However, Giselle willingly listens to, takes advice from, and admires her family as throughout most of her life, they are the only people who has believed in her unconditionally. Giselle is quite witty , from her reading, and is able to use this trait to her advantage and outsmart people.
Giselle has a strong sense of character and is able to use this trait in a variety of ways, often to her own advantage. She is quite curious and adventurous to very kind and wise as well as, she frequently dreams about a life of adventure and romance. Upon the mention of dreaming, she does to tend to zone out as well.
Giselle does love herself, not in a vain way. She appreciates what makes her truly herself and she wouldn't change for anyone. She knew that through mistakes and loving yourself that the best can happen.
Backstory:
Giselle was born to a happy French family - her father Jacques and her mother Aimee as well as eldest brother Vincent. When she was 12, her family moved to Malta for a year since her father was offered a better job. She did enjoy Malta but nothing was better than late night Paris with the majestic Eiffel Tower and the River Seine so they moved back with her father going between France and Malta. She did go and presume NASA but was rejected; so she turned to her love of books and fairytales to be an author and part time journalist. She left France to be in America where she had more opportunities of finding a publisher and getting more inspirations for her own novels.
