I mean they are good friends but I don't know how they would react with each other in a relationship. Kaminari might and is most likely too much for Midoriya to handle, if Kaminari makes a joke about Midoriya or someone else, young innocent Midoriya might take it seriously and break down. What I'm saying is that Kaminari could cause Midoriya to go into sensory overload. I don't disapprove of this ship but I'm just giving some "read before using" warnings.
