Teddy Scare

Y/n's POV

I was going to babysit a little girl called Opal. Jackie led me to the mom.

"Hi, hi how are you," The mom said.

"I'm great," I said.

"I'm Julia, nice to meet you, thank you for coming," She said.

"No problem."

"So is it, Y/n?" Julia asked.

"Yeah," I smiled.

"That's so pretty," She said, "Well I have not gone out in a while, so I'm going to see a plastic surgeon, and I'll be back later tonight, unless I stay a night out, you never know." I laughed

"You look wonderful."

"Thank you, Jackie is my eyes, my ears and my health, and it really just makes a difference tonight for you to be here." That's off.

"Yeah, I'm happy to help," I said.

Gaten's POV

I was in a Pick Me Ups truck, I was taking a night shift for a few extra dollars.

"So Gaten, that's an unusual name," Alex said. I nodded.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm the only person I know with my name, that made no sense," I said and laughed, Alex laughed to.

"Do you know what we do?"

"No not really."

"Well, we're basically like a normal charity, we pick items up, drop them off at different charities, you get me?"

"Yeah, cool."

Y/n's POV

"So we have a lot going on, um we have some charity people, just some old clothes, some toys we don't want anymore, you get the gist?" Julia said.

"Yeah," I said.

"Are we getting rid of the teddy bear?" Jackie asked.

"Um, most definitely, we are definitely getting rid of the teddy bear," Julia said.

"Oh okay," I said.

Gaten's POV

"So those are the things we are picking up," Alex said.

"Right so, box of dresses, box of pillows, box of clothes, a teddy bear," I said.

"That sounds like a lot of kids stuff, hey what's the address again?"

"Um, 100 Valley Lane."

"Oh, that's the house where there was an accident last year, did you see that on the news, apparently she-."

"Fell of the balcony yeah I saw that," I sighed.

"Well, it's terrible."

Y/n's POV

"Well, that's what happened, the accident, and she died," Julia said

"Oh I'm so sorry," I sympathized

"No it's not your fault, anyway I should be off now, I'll see you guys later," She said.

"Bye," Jackie and I said.

"I should introduce you to Opal," Jackie said.

"Oh yeah Y/n! Don't let Opal ask for snacks, because she'll say Xavier wants snacks, because Xavier is the teddy bear," Julia said. And she shut the door.
