In the Sky

Levi's POV

I flew through the air, travel sac clutched tightly in my hands so I wouldn't drop it. I loved feeling the warm wind on my black wings. I closed my eyes and just flew. I had an idea of the direction I wanted to explore today but no real strict path. It was northeast of Ebony Island, right near where The island of Cerulean is. I was fascinated by why Ravens weren't allowed to see Peacocks after learning about it in school. It was the first thing we were taught. No peacocks. They never explained why and today I was going for figure it out. It at least get a start on figuring it out.

After a while of flying I got tired and I landed on a smaller island off of the island of Owls. It was an island if older folk who barely cared who stopped by. I often stop here to rest my wings. I opened my travel sac and took out my journal to record where I had gone so far today. I looked off into the distance and saw The island of Cerulean. It looked so bright with its blues and greens. Then I looked to Ebony Island with its dark greys and blacks.
Then I spotted something unfamiliar, something out of the ordinary. A rowboat. I took off to the sky to investigate.
It was a peacock! I circled him for a minute, getting a bit closer each time. When I was close enough to get a good look, I realized that this peacock was unconscious. I swooped down to the boat and landed as gently as I could.
This is what a peacock looks like up close? They're beautiful. What was so wrong about them?
What was this one doing way out here?
I found the rope and used all my might to pull it back to The island of the Owls where I could get help.
