Steve took me to Stark Tower, I had never met anyone else on the Avengers team besides him and Natasha. Steve introduced me to Jarvis as we walked into the tower.

"Hello, Miss Stirling." The AI greeted and I smiled into the air.

"Hello." I turned to Steve. "So like, in a way, he's just a better Siri?" I questioned and I heard an unfamiliar  laugh.

"Close enough, hot stuff." A shorter man with dark hair and a goatee walked to us and took my hand. "Tony Stark, I'm sure you've heard of me."

"Indeed I have," I grinned while shaking his hand. "Maeve Stirling, I can't wait to work with you."

Tony smiled brightly while pointing at me. "Can we keep her?" I just laughed as Natasha sauntered towards us, slinging an arm casually over my shoulder and squeezing me in a side hug.

"I keep telling her she should join." Nat shot me a sly smirk and I just rolled my eyes.

"I have eight separate restaurants I'm trying to run smoothly. I can't just go off an join the Brady Bunch." I clapped Natasha's shoulder lovingly and squeezed.

"I heard Gordon Ramsey himself came to Pattie's and said it was the best burger he had in a diner yet." A new voice stated, coming down the stairs from the upper floor. He had on a leather jacket and darker clothes with cropped hair. He offered a hand to me. "Clint Barton."

I took his hand and shook it. "Well, you're right, Clint." I pulled out my phone and showed them my lock screen for them to see a picture of Gordon Ramsey and I smiling side by side in front of Pattie's. "We're pretty good friends."

"You know Gordon Ramsey?" Bruce Banner was suddenly looking over my shoulder at my phone, peering at my screen.

"Hello,  Dr. Banner." I smiled pleasantly, offering my hand. "Maeve Stirling, it's a pleasure." He took my hand gently and then retreated to Natasha's side. "Isn't there one more?"

"Indeed there is, fair lady." A deep voice boomed as a man strutted over. He was tall and muscular with warrior-like clothing and a long red cape. The man had blue eyes, not like Steve's whose were pale and ice-like, his eyes were a deep navy blue. He had long blonde hair that had jewelry in it and a lock of black hair interwoven into a lock of his own.

"I assume you're Thor, God of Thunder?" I smirked, feeling a flirtatious smile creeping up my features on its own.

"I assume you're Freyja, goddess of beauty?" Thor gave me a charming smile and I chuckled.

"Not even close," I shook my head and offered my hand. "Maeve, daughter of Graham Stirling." His eyes lit up as I used a proper Asgardian greeting.

"You're a Midgardian?" He asked, taking my hand and bringing it to his mouth. "Forgive me, lady, your looks deceived me."

"Well, who knew Thor was such a flirt?" Tony questioned his voice full of amusement and an eyebrow raised. "You okay, Capsule? You're going a bit pale there."

Natasha pulled my attention away from Steve before my eyes could land on him, leading me upstairs. "Come on, newbie, let's get you something to eat." Bruce started talking to Natasha about the mission, keeping me distracted long enough for Steve to slip out of the room.

"Lady Maeve, I was told you were a sorcerer?" Thor questioned and that got Bruce's attention.

"I'm a Stirling Witch, it's a family tree sort of thing." I shrugged as Natasha handed me a glass of water. "I can stop time in a controlled environment and move things with my mind. I just recently learned about dream manipulation and astral projection."

"Now how did you learn about dream manipulation?" Nat questioned as she handed me a plate of food and hopped up on the counter with Bruce by her side. I did the same on the opposite counter, Thor standing next to me.

"Not only dreams, but getting whims of peoples thoughts, just being present with others dreams." I shrugged. "It took awhile to control it, but I only slip into people's minds if I want to."

"What happened to cause the development?" Bruce crossed his arms and took off his glasses.

"Every generation of Stirling Witches get stronger and stronger. More powers, more strength wit the old ones. I've come of age where now I have all my powers, they can only get stronger if I use them often. Like how one would exercise a muscle." I explained, my mouth full of the peanut butter and jelly sandwich Nat had just made me. "My daughter will have different powers, stronger ones, then her daughter will be stronger and the cycle repeats itself."

I lifted my hand and let a ball of light manifest over my palm. "This is the color or my aura, my energy linking to my soul." The three watched in awe as I manipulated the light to shape a rabbit, then a bird, then a snake. "My mother's was maroon with strings of electric blue weaved into it."

"Wait, you can see this on other people?" Nat asked and I gestured for her to give me her hand. "Are you going to look into my thoughts?"

"No, I wouldn't do that to you, Nat. I'm simply making your aura visible to your eyes." She reluctantly put her hand in mine. I waved my palm over hers and ruby red light shot upwards, mixing with pure white strands. She let out a small gasp and watched her energy with awe.

"That's incredible," Bruce examined it closely. "Can you do mine?" Nat's aura sunk back into her hand as I took Bruce's .

"Yours might be a little more difficult, because of the Hulk." I concentrated on Bruce's aura and brought it to the surface. It was a deep purple that radiated calm and curiosity.

Bruce breathed out deeply. "Can you bring out the Other Guy's?"

I raised an eyebrow at him. "You want to me to that?" He nodded and I carefully did so. It much much bigger and bright green with a tangle of vicious red vines in the center. When no one said anything, I let the aura sink back into Bruce's palm.

"Thor?" I questioned, holding my hand out and he placed his in mine. His aura was an electric blue, almost like lighting, which was be suiting to him. It was larger than all of ours and it had a radiance of power and royalty to it.

And that's what I did for the rest of the night.
