I wake up to the smell of bacon. I quickly jump out of bed, and run down stairs.I see my dad cooking. " good morning pumpkin " he says with such joy. He's very happy this morning, i can tell. " good morning pop " i say kissing him on the cheek. " i have big news " he says with the biggest smile ever. " tell me then!!! " i shout. " i got you a apartment " he lets out. " WHAT no freaking way. I love you so much " i squeal jumping up and down. " maybe we can go shopping today for it?" he looks at me with such enthusiasm. " awh i'm sorry pop i'm having lunch with my friends today" i say feeling bad. " thats okay pumpkin we can later this week, actually how about you take them with you shopping? I'll help you put everything together instead. " he says with a questioning look. " Yes! thats perfect pop, i'm going to get ready thank you so much " i say giving him another kiss on the cheek.

I quickly do my hair and makeup. But i also wanted to look cute at the same time. I had to hurry because i was meeting alex at his apartment, before we go out.

1 hour later

I am finally ready and took my car to alex's apartment. When i arrived he had to buzz me in. It took me awhile to figure of his apartment complex, but i eventually got it. I slightly knocked on the door. 1-2 minutes went by and he finally opened the door " hey hailey" he greeted me with a warm smile and hug. " hi alex i missed you so much " I said hugging him back. " we should get going " he says , " ya true"

we take my car and pull up to the place we are having lunch. The car ride was so fun. I missed having my best friend around.When we walked in I saw my girl Alissa! I kid you not I shed a tear. As I walked in more there he was. jabez. Gosh is he pretty. I saw him and simply said " hey you with the cute smile are you gonna hug me or not " he looked at me and had this little grin on his face " hey gorgeous " he says walking towards me. He gave me this nice hug. Lemme just tell you this man smells so good. " hello mister " i say after the hug. " you're even more pretty in person" jabez tells me. " now now jabez i'm not gonna fall at your feet like every other girl " i tell him. 

Lunch went by in a flash it felt like. Although seeing my friends was such a huge relief with all the stress about yale, and apartment shopping. It was already like 3 so we ended the afternoon. Alissa and I made a promise to see each other more often. Alex and i have always been super close but lately we have been distant so we also made a promise to hangout more. I was taking alex home since we took my car anyways. " hey can i just catch a ride with you guys so i don't have to take a lyft? " jabez says with a questioning look. " ask the owner of the car " alex says as he laughs. " that would be me " i say . " alright then ma can i catch a ride with you " he says looking me up and down. " i mean with that charm how could i possibly say no? but you get backseat  " i giggled. 

The car ride was filled with bops obviously. Until we finally arrived at their apartment. " i believe this is your destination" i say as i park in front of their building. " i believe so too " alex says. " sad face haha aw i missed you so much we are hanging out later this week" i say as i pull him in for a hug, " i missed you more , and ill take you up for that offer " he tells me as he's getting out of the car. " and as for you mister, it was a pleasure meeting you"  i turn to tell jabez in the backseat .he smiles at me and says " trust me the pleasure was all mine, but like can i get that number doe " he laughs. " yes of course i mean we are friends after all" i let out. " ouch that one hurt" he says . i give him my number then give him a awkward type of hug since he is in the back seat. " see you later mamas " he says as he shuts the door of my car. 

The whole ride back to my house was boring. I just couldn't stop thinking about that boy.Maybe he isn't a player. What if he's actually really sweet. I pull up to my house. there was no cars in the driveway so i assumed no one was home so i just took a shower then went straight to bed. As i was falling asleep i heard my phone ding. I just thought they can wait till morning. I am too tired to answer.

AHHHH low-key lagged on you guys bahaha. Sorry i just had finals week.I failed. But this chapter is kind of long but let me know what you guys think!
