"There is a man at the back door!" She said.

I yawned. "Kenzie-" Then reality hit
me like a bus. "WHAT?!"
"Yeah! He's trying to get in!" She said.
I quickly turned grabbed my phone. I tried turning it on.
"Kenzie! Mine won't turn on!" I yelled.
"Ok!" She whipped out her phone and dialed 911.
I dragged her in the closet. Kenzie's face got
white as she dropped the phone.
"Kenzie!" I yelled/whispered.
"H-he cut the service line." She whispered.
"The guy?"
"Yes."
My mouth dropped open.
"Mackenzie we need to get out of here!"
"I know! But how?"
"Follow me."
Meanwhile the man was still picking the lock.
We snuck across the hallway to my moms bedroom. I sat kenzie on the bed.
"Tell me if he comes in."
"Ok."
I unlocked the window and opened it.
"Maddie he's in!"
I grabbed her hand and a pillow and threw the pillow down and jumped on it.
I bit my tongue from screaming from the pain.
I stood up ,cracking my back.
"Kenzie jump!"
"I can't im to scared!"
"Get all the pillows you can find! And hurry!"
A few seconds later.
"Got em'!"
"Now jump!"
As she was about to jump, a heard a loud high pitched scream.
"KENZIE!" I yelled as i realized what had happened.
The man had grabbed her.
I was about to go back in the house when someone touched my shoulder.
I screamed.
"Calm down!" Said a little girl about Kenzie's age.
"W-who are you?" I turned around.
"Follow me before its to late!" She ran into the woods.
I was having my doubts.
"C'mon!"
Ugh. I ran to her. We were underneath a really low shrub.
"So. Who are you?" I asked again.
"My name is Mary Ann." She said. "I was kidnapped by that man, but when her got your sister, i escaped."
I started to cry. "Whats he going to do to her!?"
"Im not sure i was just kidnapped yesterday." She replied.
"When is he-" i was cut off.
"Shhh."
I looked around and saw the man. He ran right past us into the deep part of the woods.
I was in to much shock so i passed out.
