Mia Pov:

It's been a couple of weeks since our date, and I haven't heard from him. Luckily I wasn't becoming too attached or I've would have been totally depressed by now, but I should of known it was to good to be true. For some reason I keep telling myself that he's probably been busy...

Six form is just stress. Course work and exams in every lesson, ugh.

Today was now Monday and I was currently in the library studying for my up coming business exam. I was beginning to write up some flash cards that I could use to revise, but I was interrupted by a group of loud voices entering the library. I didn't even have to look up to know who's voices it was it was my Loud yet entertaining friends.

When I finally decided to look up I saw Mike,Leon,Keri,Thandie, Jay & Lola walking towards me. I couldn't help but smile; my friends were extremely loud I couldn't deny that but they were also so funny and caring, the banter was very lively whenever they were around.

Mike: Mia why are you still in here and it's Lunch ? Canteen is actually looking lively today & the food looks good.

Thandie: Mike use your common sense or did you leave that in 2014 too. She's trying to study.

Everyone started laughing at Thandie's comment, Mike was standing in the corner mean mugging Everyone for laughing especially Thandie.

Mia: I have a business exam coming up, so that's why-

Leon: Mia man, is it everyday with you. Sometimes relax, stop stressing yourself your gonna pass you exams.

Lola: TALK DII TINGS DEMM 😂😂

Once again everyone bussed up laughing, it wasn't even because of her comment it was the way how she said it, the Jamaican accent she was trying to put on was failing miserably.

They were right, I have been doing a lot of revision lately, I deserve a break at least. I began packing up my books and placing all my notes into my folder. I gathered all my things and began making my way out library. Just as I was taking out my phone Keri approached me.

Keri: look what the cat dragged in. You forgetting something or-

Mia: Keri what are you talking about.

Keri: kmt, you were meant to call me to tell me about how your date went with August.

My eyes lit up due to her comment, I had totally forgotten that I was meant to call her I've just been so busy lately.

Mia: *sighs* I'm sorry I've been really busy lately, it's-

Keri: girl you had me thinking that something had happened to you, but I understand. It's about time you do something to that nappy head of yours too, it needs some TLC.

Mia: Shutup loool, leave my hair alone, it's fine. Besides its six form, & it's not like I have to impress anyone !

Keri: whatever, so did he call back? What happened? How was the date? Did you two do anything? How was-

Mia: KERI! calm down loool. The date went pretty well, he made effort, at first it was a little awkward because I didn't really know what to say but as the night went on it was fine. No he didn't call back. *sighs & looks down*

Keri: Awwww don't worry, he'll call back soon he's probably Been busy, you know how he's on tour and all that.

Mia: yeah your probably right.

Keri: let's go meet the others in canteen, there probably wondering where we went.

August's Pov:

I cant stop thinking about Mia, she's just perfect. I know everyone has their flaws and what not but Mia is just flawless. She carries this innocence around, I've just never met anyone quite like her. I know it looks pretty bad on my part, take her out on a date and not calling her back, but I've just been so busy lately. This tour is causing me a whole heap of unnecessary stress. I love my fans don't get me wrong, but I just need a break you know. The fact that I haven't seen Mia in weeks is killing me. We've only just meet but theirs something about her that intrigues me. I guess only time will tell.

Lisa ( August's manager) : August, tomorrow is the last day of the tour, we are going back to the states for a final performance then that's its.

August: its about time, I need a break. there's a few people I need to see and business I need to sort out.

Lisa: Are you talking about that girl.

There was something in her voice that tells me she didnt quite like Mia, I don't understand why though, aftter all Mia didnt give her a reason to. She's done nothing wrong in this situatuion.

August: yeah, why ?

Lisa: *screws* nothing. we dont have time to be playing games august. focus on your career and not the female species.

August: *Kmt* lisa chill, im not playing games there could really be a connection between me and Mia.

Lisa: whatever, start packing we taking the next flight out to the states.

Sorry about the long wait, I've been busy lately; especially because exam season is just around the corner.

Lisa needs to chill though, why she acting so protective over August though ?

Poor Mia, August is sending her mixed signals !
