It was warm. Yukio opens his eyes sleepily, looking around. It was warm...he didn't want to leave. The thick blankets wrapped around him were completely surrounding his body- he can barely move, there's so much fluff. It makes him smile.
He breaks free from his cozy state as Dragon enters the room. It must be early- the man is wearing bedclothes, and his mask is gone. Yukio can't see his face over the mountain of comforters on top of him. He didn't move them, though, for fear of angering Dragon for being up early. Though he doesn't see why it would be a bad thing...he had a mission to do.
Dragon quietly bends down to grab his mask, which is lying dangerously in the middle of the floor. The wood isn't very thick- a step could crack it. his face is completely covered by his long, dark hair, which looks freshly combed.Yukio tenses a bit when Dragon sits next to him. He closes his eyes.
A soft hand brushes against his cheek, causing a chill to run up his spine. It slowly makes its way to his head, massaging through thick, fluffy white locks. Now Yukio really didn't want to leave. He could open his yes and take a peek at Dragon, which wouldn't be bad- it would seem like he had just woken up. It's tempting, but Yukio sits still and enjoys the comfort, snuggling deeper into his blankets."My, you certainly have grown..." Dragon mumbles quietly. "I wish I could have been there."
Yukio shifts slightly to move his arm from underneath him, which was going numb. Dragon pulls his hand away, only to touch Yukio's head again. The boy didn't mind.
"My Lord, breakfast is ready," Chi whispers from the doorway. Dragon stops and looks up, startled by her sudden presence.
"Oh...I'll be right down."Yukio pulls back slightly as Dragon's weight moves onto him. He can feel the tickle of his hair brushing against his cheek, making him want to scratch...but he keeps calm, wanting to see what Dragon will do.
A soft press to his forehead makes Yukio smile again, a warm feeling filling him. Dragon leaves quietly, leaving the door cracked as if Yukio would be afraid of the quickly-fading darkness. Yukio opens his eyes again, sitting up to stretch. He had been gone for nearly two days. It would be good to leave soon and start his mission.
I didn't even notice that Boni and Cicero were gone...they must have gone home. I hope they did. It's dangerous out there....

"Dammit, where the hell did Yui go?!" Lilia yells as she shoves eggs into her mouth. "I mean, yeah, it's gonna take a while, but TWO DAYS?!! That's WAY too long!"
"Two days is the least it should take to save someone. He'll probably be gone for weeks, honestly," Blade says. He looked as if he hadn't slept for years, the way his hair was matted and the dark bags beneath his eyes. He had been worried about Yukio, too, but only because Lilia was on the verge of comitting a homicide. She had been targeting him, too, because she never did get along with him. Even on their good days."WOULD YOU SHUT UP?! HOW COME ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU'RE THE VOICE OF REASON?!"
"BECAUSE YOU'RE GOING ON A COMPLETE RAMPAGE! CALM DOWN!"Lilia crosses her arms and slumps in her seat, pouting. She looked no better than Blade, her hair uncombed and her face pale.
"I'm just worried."
"I know, and you shouldn't be. Yui can take care of himself. You seen what he can do."
"Yeah...and don't call him Yui. That's my nickname."
Blade rolls his eyes. "Whatever, maid."
