I get up and wipe my skirt down. I look at jake he is still smiling " what " I say he shakes his head " nothing " I roll my eyes and smile , me and jake have been best friends ever since we'll forever actually my mom was best friends with jakes mom and jake was only born like a month apart from me we are both 11 and we live in California we are neighbors and we do everything together we have the same class schedule I also have the locker on top of his. we do EVERYTHING I mean EVERYTHING together and we both want to be doctors we also love all the same things.

When I walk into my house my mom is at the table and reading something on her phone " hey mom" I say and kiss her cheek " oh hey goby " she says and smiles " I have some news " she says smiling . I sit down at the table next to her I look at her " we're moving to Florida !!!" My heart sinks " what ??!?" I say. " we're leaving next week " she says " wait what why ?"
