Since the minute I got home, I can't stop thinking about that small moment I had with Dean. I knew it meant nothing but why can't I get over it?
I don't know much people I can talk about this to. My choices are my mother, Roman and Sasha.
Talking to my mother would be awkward, Roman would be overprotective and too judgemental, Sasha is just the right person to talk to.
I picked up my phone and called Sasha.
"Hey Sash, I need you over immediately." I tell her over the phone.
"What's wrong? Are you hurt or something?"
"No...I just can't stop thinking about something. You know how I get when that happens."
"Yeah...I do." I can hear her laugh quietly, "Say no more, I'll be there in 5."
I hang up the phone and wait for Sasha to show up.
~~~~~~~~
It's not long before I hear a knock on my door.
I run down the stairs, open the front door and let Sasha in."What's going on Seth?" She asks as we walk up the stairs.
"We need to talk in my room, I don't want my mother to hear this." I whisper and she nods.
We walk into my room and she takes a seat on my bed next to me.
She patiently waits for me to start talking."Dean and I skipped a bit of school today...we went to an ice cream shop." I start and she nods silently, "We started goofing off, it ended with me on top of him and our faces were pretty damn close to say the least."
"Oh my god! Did you guys kiss?" Sasha gasps and my eyes widen.
"No, we didn't! It was just really awkward and then I just left." I explain and she frowns, clearly disappointed.
"You called me all the way over here to tell me that and you didn't even kiss!" Sasha sighs dramatically and gets up to leave.
I grab her wrist and pull her back down, "I need your help."
"With what?" She asks impatiently.
"I don't understand what happened between Dean and I, you've dated many people before so I thought you'd know a bit." I continue and she smiles.
"Seth, there's nothing much to understand. You like Dean." She shrugs.
"What makes you think that?" I furrow my eyebrows.
"Are you kidding? Have you seen the way you two look at each other?" She says and my face turns red, "Not to mention...your chemistry is off the charts."
"That just means we get along really well..." I start but I'm cut off by Sasha.
"Seth, stop denying this. Dean and you like each other. It's so obvious." Sasha laughs.
"Let's say I did like him...I know he doesn't and would never like me that way. He's straight." I say, even though I don't know for sure.
"You don't know that." Sasha rolls her eyes.
"No, but I can tell." I cross my arms.
Sasha sighs in frustration and looks at me.
"When you and Dean had that 'moment'...what did he do?" She asks.
"Nothing. He just whispered my name and stared at me." I shrug and Sasha smirks, "What?"
"I'm telling you right now...Dean likes you. And if you don't make a move on him or he doesn't make a move on you, I will personally get you two together myself." She says dramatically and I roll my eyes.
"I'm not making any moves on him, he's my friend."
"Man, are you stubborn. Friends don't look at each other the way you two do." Sasha continues.
My head starts hurting as I think about what Sasha's telling me.
It was all so confusing."I don't know...my head is hurting. Can we stop talking about this for now?" I place my hand over my forehead and groan.
"Of course." She smiles.
We watch a movie together until I fall fast asleep.
