I slouched in my bed. Yet another group of people came to visit me. How many people were going to visit me until KJ and Austin do? They're the only people I want to see right now. "WHAT! WHAT ABOUT ME!?!" I snapped out of my thoughts. I looked around the room, it was pretty confusing. I had no idea what was happening, it was like somebody threw a party at my house without telling me. "HEY NATALIE!!!" Before I could realize the situation or who yelled my name, multiple people were hugging me. Help me!! "Guys!! Break it up!" William said as if he'd read my mind. Thank you so much!! He nodded at me, as if to say "You're welcome!".
"Natalie, how'd you even end up in hospital? I mean, you're not injured, right?" One of the boys; Samuel asked. I shrugged. "Guys, I think we should give Natalie some space, the other patients are coming in too. Please say your goodbyes and head out." The group of boys that had just arrived moaned. "Hey. You can come tomorrow, so get your butts up and out of this room!" Izzy snapped. People slowly came up to me and wished me well before leaving. Kaylee left with Johnny, because the dog was becoming restless but mostly because she was getting tired of the hospital atmosphere. I watched as each person left the room until there was only Felix, William, Isaac and Izzy left. Izzy insisted she stayed to keep me company, and Felix said he'd buy me lunch before he goes. Isaac, of course was another patient so he had no choice. William just stuck around.
I was about to fall asleep, when Izzy jumped. She squealed as she twirled around excitedly. I groaned as I glared at her glowing face. "What is wrong with you?" She smiled as she showed me the screen of her phone. I sighed. "What is it?" Isaac curiously asked. "Izzy got accepted." Isaac looked lost. "I got into Harvard and UCLA!!" All the boys gasped. "Did you cheat?" Isaac shot a confused look at Izzy. "What? I applied too..." Felix commented. "HAHAHAHA!!!" William broke out. "Izzy, you're still a ninth grader. Why'd you apply so early?"
"So what? Felix is a tenth grader!"
I shook my head. "You nerds."
"Whatever."
"So did you cheat?" Isaac questioned. Izzy shook her head, annoyed. "Natalie, when you're out of hospital, we need to practice for our dance competition."
"Who said I was in it?"
"Fine, but there's prize money and a holiday in Hawaii..."
"I'm in."
Izzy smiled.
"Umm...babe?"
