Everyone seemed surprise by how normal our standard classes were. The breaks of normality were nice in my opinion, so I silently enjoyed the classes.
When lunch break came around, we went to the cafeteria. I sat down at a table on my own, but within minutes Iida, Midoriya, and Uraraka joined me. We started eating, and I could feel their eyes on me as I picked up my chopsticks.
"Are you going to eat with your bandana on your face?" Uraraka asked.
"That is an untidy practice, Kurosawa-kun," Iida chastised.
"I'm not that pathetic," I said softly, and used my free hand to hold the bandana forward enough I could eat without getting anything on my bandana.
"Why not take it off?" Midoriya asked between his own mouth-fulls.
"Don't feel like it," I said simply.
"You're talking a lot," Iida observed, and I shrugged.
"No one talked to me in middle school so I didn't speak. Since people are talking to me here, I thought I should talk as well," I said.
"I like it! You have a nice voice," Uraraka said.
"Thanks," I said softly, a small smile on my lips.
"So, what is your Quirk? Everyone else's was made clear during the physical tests," Iida said, looking across the table at me.
"I call in Grimm. I can turn certain parts of me into a demon form," I said. I didn't want to talk too much about it.
"Can we see?" Uraraka asked excitedly.
"No," I said simply, and turned my attention back to eating. They'd see my hideous Quirk eventually. I wanted to enjoy the time I had where they didn't think I'm a freak....

Hero Basics Training. A class taught by the man my parents had tried to teach me to hate: All Might. They believed I'd be able to defeat him by the time I was 20, but that was never what I had wanted.
Our very first class with him, everyone was excited to see him, but that excitement quickly changed as we learned we were doing combat training. We were also given our hero costumes the school had specially made for us. I'd put a lot of detail into my request, so hopefully it had come out as I had envisioned it.
Everyone took their suits, and went to get changed. I walked alongside Uraraka.
"I didn't actually request anything, so I have no idea what they gave me," she admitted.
"You're happy with whatever they give you?" I asked. She chuckled sheepishly.
"I guess...."
We walked into the girl's changing room, and I glanced around as everyone was getting changed. There were so many different styles, it was actually impressive. Everyone was so unique.
I opened up my suitcase and looked at the contents.
"Ooo, that looks interesting," Uraraka said from where she was pulling on her body suit.
"It's perfect," I said simply, and quickly changed. It didn't take too long, and it fit perfectly.
"I'm jealous," she said, pouting slightly.
"I've been designing my costume since I was about 6," I said, taking my beanie off to show how short my hair really was. I turned away slightly and took my white, medical eye-patch off, putting on the black one that stuck to my face.
I could feel eyes watching as I took off the bandana, and then reached up the long left sleeve to pull the bandage off. Meters of bandage fell off, landing on the ground.
