I Want You pt.2~Shayna Baszler

Shayna is the most confident person you know. The last time you saw her nervous like she is right now was when she went for her first NXT women's title match and that was a while ago. As much as you wanted to comfort her all you could do was laugh. It was the perfect opportunity to do so. 

"Do you really think this is funny. I'm glad you find this funny." She said over the phone as you worked on setting up your son's party. 

"I'm sorry it's just that you know how long I haven't seen you like this. It's very interesting." You chuckled into the air-pods. 

"Well I have every right to be nervous."

"Not really. I told you everything will be fine. There is legit nothing to worry about." 

"Aren't you at least a bit worried." She tried to reason with me. 

"Well the only thing that matters is if my kid will like you and something tells me that I shouldn't have to worry about that." You said with a smile.

It was already an hour into the party and Shayna still wasn't here. You weren't paying that much attention because it was your son's birthday and so far he was having a blast. Doubt it was stressful on your end but if you are the host that's the price it comes with. After getting the food situated and everyone feed you finally sat down by your lovely co workers.

"Super Mama!" Ronda said which made the table laugh and also you. 

"I haven't saw you sit down this whole time." Roderick said which he was not wrong. 

"I'll probably be up again in a minute or so." You shrugged just wanting to relax.

"Where's Chris?" Ronda said asking about your baby daddy.

"With Ryder most likely. He has been with him all day basically."

"He hasn't been running around like you have?" Marina said this time.

"He set up the tables and some of the decorations with me earlier, that's pretty much it. I don't mind though, not a big deal." You said wanting to let the topic go which thankfully they nodded at and dropped the topic. Before you could say anything else a voice interrupted you guys, a voice you have been waiting for all day. 

"Sorry if i'm crashing anything, I brought a gift." Shayna said which made you form a big ass smile on your face while immediately getting up to hug her. 

"I thought you'd never come." You said into her neck while hugging her tightly. 

"I knew how much this meant to you, plus I've been non stop thinking about it." She said once you let go. The smile was still stuck on your face, like how could it come off. 

"I'm sorry. Hold up.... When?" Marina spoke as you looked over at the table to see shocked faces from your co workers which made you and Shayna chuckle.

"Last night." Shayna casually shrugged. Before you could say anything else you heard running while a little voice was calling you name. 

"MOMMY! MOMMY! GUESS WHAT?" you saw your son Ryder say while running up to you. 

"WHAT!" You said with the same excitement as him while crouching down to his level.

"I did your finishing move mama!!" He said excitedly which made you coo. 

"Awesome! Umm who did you do it on?" You said getting a little concern he didn't do that to one of the kids in the bouncer. 

"Daddy." He said which made you relieve. 

"I wish I saw that." You said chuckling. You picked him up in your arms because you haven't held him all day. Once he looked forwarded his face held shock, you looked in his direction to see Shayna which made you smirk. 

"Mommy.. is that..." He went on but was left speechless. 

"Who's that baby." You said wanting for him to continue. 

"Is that Shayna..." He said with a big smile forming on his face.

"Yes it is. She's here at your party."

"THANK YOU MOMMY." He said hugging your neck before wanting to be let down to go and talk to Shayna.

"Hey bud. Happy birthday." Shayna said crouching down to Ryder's level. 

"Thank You! You are my favorite champion in NXT!" He said which made Shayna chuckle and every member of the undisputed gasp. Oh this was priceless. 

"What about us?!" Adam said making a offended face. 

"Shayna's cooler uncle Adam." He said which basically made everyone laugh. 

"I'm hurt." He mumbled which was the funniest thing.

"Mommy, can I go show Shayna my belt?" He said looking up at me.

"Sure baby. I think daddy has it. Go ask daddy." You said pointing to his father who was with his friends. Ryder quickly rushed away which made you chuckle. As you watched him run to his father you heard Marina say something to Shayna which made you smile.

"So, do you really not want kids anymore."

"What I said in the past is irrelevant, If I recall, I've never said that." Shayna said as you went up to her and wrapped her arms around her waist. 

"So, that wasn't so bad right. Nothing to worry about?" You questioned which made her sigh. 

"I think it went better than expected."

"I told you he would like you." He said lightly elbowing her side.

"Well duh. After all i'm his favorite NXT champion." Shayna said loud enough for the undisputed era to hear which made them grumble.
