Riley:
After Nathan told us we can go see kacey now if we want we all got up and started following him to her room.

When we finally got to her room he knocked on the door and waited for someone to say come in.

We walked in and saw a half asleep kacey and her parents and Jordan sitting on either side of the bed. Hey we all said as we walked in.

She just wake up maya said pointing at kacey. Yeah she's completely awake just doesn't wanna move yet her mom said.

She probably just needs a few more minutes Stevie Said. We started talking about random things until kacey was a bit more awake.

She eventually woke up more and turned around so we could see her. Hey sleepy head Percy said.

Hey kacey mumbled still half asleep. You ok cymph stevie Asked. Yeah I'm still half asleep kacey said.

How's your knee feeling Sarah asked. Hurts a little bit but it fine kacey Said. As we were talking a nurse came in and said she had to check kaceys sugar levels.

She put all her stuff down on kacey's bed and got what she needed first. She grabbed this little computer thing and a blue strip of paper and put in the hole of the little computer.

Then she grabbed a pen looking thing and said to kacey you want to do it or you want me to. I'll do it kacey said.

The nurse gave her the pen and kacey put it against one of her fingers and we heard a pop.

She put it down and started squeezing her fingers making blood come out she put it on the blue paper and then wiped her fingers on a tissue.

Once the nurse checked she told kacey to give herself a specific amount of her medicine. Once she was done the nurse left saying she'll bring her back some food.

So you really are diabetic Zander said. You told them kacey asked Stevie. Yeah they kinda over heard Nathan asking if you brought her medicine so they had a couple questions but I didn't tell them everything Stevie said.

So what did tell them kacey said giving Stevie a look. They asked what it was for so I just told them and then they realised that's why you have a bag full of candy on you all the time Stevie said. Is that it kacey said. Yeah pretty much Stevie said.
