How This All Began

The cold air hit my face like a thousand bullets, passing by my face from left to right, and me feeling the speeds of them as they pass by. I reached for my sword and grasped it's smooth-black leather grip. I thrusted it into the cold, hard rock; hoping for me to stop. I look up to the moon, hoping to take my mind off of the cold-hardened ground below. Shattering noises are all I hear as I look to my sword and see the blade in half. Peices of platinum and iorn fall past my feet and into the storm. Great. Is this how my life will end? I close my eyes, take a small breath and --------

Chapter 1: It Has Begun

I wake to the sounds of birds and sunshine: A normal day in Japan as usual. It was October 31st,2022. Now, that day, I'll never forget. My name is Yuuki-Mika/Mika-Yuuki. I'm closely related to the Yuuki family by blood. I lost my parents in a fire and live alone. (For you Sword Art Online fans: I want to add that my charecter Mika, is a distant cousin to Asuna:As you know in the Anime/manga: and Mika meaning new moon in Japanese.Thought that might help with the storyline ^^)

Back to the story!

The latest MMORPG, Sword Art Online, was all over the news channel Tokyo 7. "Thousands Of People will be lined up at the local Electronics store this week. But what is everyone excited about? The newest MMORPG: Sword Art Online. The inventor of----" I shut off the tv and went to my table and opened the package sent in this morning. Inside was a letter, Nerve-gear headset, and Sword Art Online.

I took a drink of water, went to my room and installed the game. I checked the clock: 10 AM. I'll be back by noon(Or so I thought,). I laid down, turned on the power, and said the two words that started it all: Link Start!

Xandria- Sisters Of The Light I think this fits Mika in the most possible way. I chose a song that defys innocence and shows true rebellion. Not only that, it's a song of power and strugle. I didn't want Mika to seem innocent or a week gamer. I wanted to show her as a strong girl and someone you DON'T wanna mess with. Though Mika is tough, she has a soft side, and enjoys the night.
