It had been a few days since Ayano had joined the Occult Club. It had a ritual knife, so Ayano felt she was safe from Nemesis in this room.
"What's the story of the day?" Ayano asked, trying to sway her hair over one eye. Kokuma looked up.
"Genka Kunahito, the school guidance counselor. Beloved. Honorable. Righteous. Nobody would suspect what she did back in the 80's."
"What did she do?"
"Kunahito once had a boy named Sosuke Yamada. He was quite troublesome. He loved a girl named Ryoba Aishi. Trouble was she liked someone else. Sosuke saw the way she killed for her love, and he became inspired. But he never watched how she cleaned the evidence. He left bodies everywhere. And Ryoba, oh the little hypocritical snitch! She would get evidence on him and Genka, instead of calling the police, wanted to see him. He described everything to her until she grabbed him by the throat. And his knife... oh his knife... it was his prized possession... I wonder how he liked it in his throat..."
"So... she killed a murderer? That's righteous, right?" Daku asked. Kokuma smiled.
"I wasn't done... Kunahito found this a great way to punish students. Even when they did nothing wrong. She took a girl named Korosareta Shonin captive in her office behind a bookshelf. After school she was brutally murdered. Some students say she was cut open, others saw she was punched and kicked to death. Many of them say that, when by the bookshelf, they can hear her screams to this day. Other students began disappearing from that day forward. Higa isha. Suni Tochi. Oku Byo. Akui Niyaniya. Hiro Ikku. Those are just a few."
"Where did you here this?"
"Experiences of students. Before they died. The evidence is stained in that room. If you kill someone and bring the bloody knife in there while it's in your pocket, and bring it out by the bookshelf, the blood is clear as day. Now, I would go in myself, I just need a body... and then when I'm back and tell you guys, I'll die!"
"No, Kokuma," Ayano looked dead at her. "I will go to Kunahito's office and expose her."
"No. I have wanted to go for a long time."
"Fine. Both of us."
